I was hit in the face with a basketball ? went here with lots of pain, headache, light sensitivity, earache etc. They only put me on a computer to do an evaluation testing ,the two times I went and I left with no medication no MRI nothing. So 6 months later I still have same symptoms. Don’t go here if you want to get better and just want a large bill.

Spoke to Carrie and Carla to schedule an appointment for BPPV (vertigo issue). Both were extremely rude, no attention to detail, no level of care. Avoid at all cost.

went there for therapy..got no therapy but i did get 4 lectures about needing a financial counselor... very embarrasing in front of other people.i have medicare and also secondary insurance...but i have not been to any doctor that does not check coverage for procedure. therapist treated me like a child from the time i met her. april up front was wonderful. i immediately got into another facility..insurance was verified and approved with 15 minutes, care has been awesome.

Dr. Weeden and Dr. Martina are very professional and helped me recover very quickly. At first I thought I would never be able to recover from my concussion. Even all the staff at the front desk and April have been very welcoming about all the steps about payments and scheduling and making me feel comfortable with my concussion. it was my first concussion and I was very scared but they all help me get through it. I wouldn’t have trusted any other place. in order to have a quick recovery it’s best to do all the exercises that they tell you to do. I definitely recommend this place!
