I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I overheard Corey and Romell saying they would change my phone number so I wouldn’t get the customer survey. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, their rude attitude made the situation even worse. Because of how poorly I was treated, I decided to take my car to Caliber Collision instead, where I received much better service. I do not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and respectful service.

This is the location on Old Norcross Rd. From the minute I walked into the door til the time I left, I was treated with the upmost respect. Stephon was truly amazing. I dropped my car off to be fix from an accident in which someone hit me. I'm excited to see the outcome of my car being fixed. If it is any indication of how I was treated with just dropping my car off. I know this place is going to be top tier!!!!

A liar and A thief My father brought his vehicle and decided not to go with the service spoke to a manager named Brian that Stated he would not charge any fees for taking out a tail light it was only four screws that were taken out. But then immediately got a call from Romell Blackman that Said he had to charge for his services a.k.a. he did absolutely nothing. He said it was for administrative work. He also said that Brian is a floater. He has no idea what’s going on that he’s a manager floater and had no say so. He’s Such a liar, horrible customer service in the past I’ve taken two vehicles to this location and not once have I ever experience anything like this …… I will never recommend this place ... this person must make a little bit of commission and maybe that’s the reason why he was acting money hungry what a shame … and he claimed to be the manager of this location, smh…

My original estimator was terrible (and thankfully left the company). But Stephen stepped in and rectified everything. The level of customer service is phenomenal. I’m genuinely surprised and super happy.
My repairs are done. There was 1 tiny little thing that we found in the walk through so I’ll be going back but Stephen is taking great care of me. They really stand behind their work.

I brought my wife’s vehicle to Classic Collision after the suspension was blown out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, Tara was amazing—she kept me informed every step of the way, making the process so much easier to handle.
I even had the chance to speak with the mechanic, TJ, just to pick his brain about the suspension, and it was clear he really knows his stuff. The level of expertise and care he showed was second to none. When we got the car back, it was like the accident never happened—the vehicle drives like it just rolled off the assembly line.
The detail department also did a phenomenal job—the car was sparkling clean inside and out. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found such a great team to take care of our issue. If we ever need anything else, I know I only want to deal with Tara and TJ. Thank you, Classic Collision, for such an outstanding experience!

You may pass this place 1000 times and not know it, but you’ll be glad they’re there when you need them. They did excellent work on my car and got it back to me quickly. Have to give a shout out to Tara for her professionalism and communication through the whole process. Hopefully I won’t have to be back soon, but I know I’m in good hands if I go there.

I picked up my auto less than 30 days ago and yesterday a friend noticed that a piece was missing from the bumper. I returned to Classic and was given too many excuses for the reason of the piece was missing i.e. my car was hit and it part fell off; absolutely no evidence of this; the part was stolen...I had this car for two years and no one stole it however, someone decides to steal it less than 20 days after picking up my vehicle??? Nevertheless, Classic claimed that this could not be warranted. They made over $4500 off of this repair and they concerned about a $20 part;-) Needless to say I will never do business with them again.

Took the car in after accident, car did not have a check engine light prior and came back with check engine light. Obviously Car accident can cause the check engine light. Without knowing, I signed the paperwork thinking car was repaired. Since paperwork was signed, told me they can’t do anything. What a crook, now I know this place look out for insurance company and not the client. Do not take your car here to repairs if you had a car accident.

Not a very good neighbor. Closed at 6:00 but continues to work on cars and property after hours and disturb the neighbors behind them. There’s no way to contact them after hours to ask them to stop making noise. They will continue to work until dark.

They did an awesome job! Kept us up to date on our repairs and our liaison was very helpful and nice. We were there for accident repair and they made our car look brand new.
