DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I'm talking roaches, messed up walls, the pool looks like it has snakes and alligators living in it. I was walking up the stairs and the floors were brown. The website says free breakfast but it's $5. When I first looked up this hotel it led me to the wrong reviews. Lamps don't work, shower is nasty, mattresses were sliced up. I can go on and on about how ghetto this hotel is.

I booked my hotel online through clarion directly. The hotel website takes you to choice hotels. I paid for my reservation. Ruby and Maria Choi stole my $81.55 cents directly. I know this because I booked my hotel at 5:12pm today and the whole time the desk lady ruby refused to contact her own team in reservations. Meanwhile I got video footage of men group of 9 gambling in the lobby ruby wasn't willing to help the young black guy either she lied to him said there was no rooms then more people came in and she gave them room with no reservations awful . I asked her to find my money showed her money out of my account stating clarion Duluth as merchant with time and date she refused to contact reservation to find it out. I been hung up on several times by customer service then when i got someone they said it was on the employees side not reservation. I researched Maria Choi aka Myuong Choi and discovered her relative Kim Choi in Raleigh NC at 919-231-6179 she said call the police well I did. Once the police got there all of a sudden ruby says I can refund the money .... What so u seen the whole time that I paid. Then she says once I call her out she goes back to lying no no I can't see your payment. Sounds like scam to me and I will be communicating with the hospitality group asap and asking why they allows gambling without a casino license ??? This is not the end you took my money and refused the room knowing you saw it as paid for the whole time. Not accepting this at all. Then you have the nerves to literally place me on the do not rent a room to sweetheart I called the police Because Kim Choi told me to. And this is not over see you in court

Wow.I paid $95 flat for this hotel. No additional taxes, no incidentals. However. I would have spent the additional $20/$30+ for cleanliness and comfort. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because my check out time was after 10:30pm and I was taking the frugal route.....won't happen again. Please guys, Go elsewhere. The vibe, the service, the condition Never again.

The outside of the hotel & the lobby looks niceBut then you are catfish with the rooms! Motel 6 would of probably been better and with the price you pay it's not worth it!! We came all the way from VA to attend a funeral and the only thing that was good about this hotel was the bed & pillows. The breakfast was muffin, cereal, toast, coffee and juice. The room itself was bad. Just small preview take a look at the pictures. The room was dirty, furniture was damage that not even thrift store would accept, there was rust where there could be, bathroom even had paint bubbles in the wall. This hotel needs renovation in the rooms!! Don't be catfish!!!

For the lobby to look the way it does and the rest of the hotel looks like that it makes no sense like fix the rest of the hotel and get a new paint job
