Located at 3780 Old Norcross Rd, Duluth, GA 30096, I recently visited this Chase Bank branch to open a new account. Although they were still open at 1:45 pm (15 minutes before closing time), the staff seemed reluctant to assist me, citing their upcoming closure at 2 pm. I found it frustrating that they were willing to turn me away despite being officially open at that time. It raises the question: are they open or closed at 1:45 pm? If they're open, they should be willing to serve customers. If they're closed, they shouldn't let anyone in. I hope Chase Bank can improve their customer service and clarify their hours of operation to avoid similar experiences in the future.

I'll add to the low star. Terrible service at the desk. Especially the cashier's from this day. Slow and rude. Try giving service to your customers, isn't that why it's called customer service.

Second time scheduling appointment here and second time being disappointed. No initial greeting when entering the business but greets the people who come in afterwards. No rain check with assigned banker. Waited over 25 mins after schedule appointment time with no realistic communication on when we will be served. This is not doctors office, I don’t need to give you my work. Save yourself time and drive to the branch in Peachtree Corners on Peachtree Parkway. They are always pleasant and it’s clean

This place is a joke.Bad bank tellers at this location. They should all be retrained. Went to another chase bank had zero issues with a check authorization. Really embarrassing. They rather dismiss you then help you if you aren't an account holder here. Would rate negative stars if I could.

Another compliment along with all the comments, Sephora Maxi was my agent, extremely fast, accurate, and detailed explain every single time I asked for any.
Not only specific employees, but also handling customer queue, atmosphere, clean building, banking app quality....
So many great things, if you have any finance issues to handle, go to this place.

Went here cuz it close to my house. The place is cold like 50 dregree. And I inform the manager that customers and Worker can not work or stay with this cold; he reply to me CHASE is a big operation they will deal with this not him. Feel bad for worker there cuz they all helpful. Here "OSHA understands that a comfortable temperature for one person might be too hot or too cold for another. Because of this, they cannot designate one specific workplace temperature; however, OSHA does have some workplace temperature regulations, stating that employers set the thermostat between 68 and 78 degrees".
