Today all the microsoft systems weren't working and luckily I was able to go in and get cash inside, and the lady who was the teller and manager was great, she was great, everything and made sure I was connected and no one cut me in line

i was open a business checking account but pathetic service i am vary disappoint with customer service and branch staff 2697 old Peachtree rd. Duluth GA 30097. they didn't listen carefully when they open the account and after open the account its vary hard to contact with them on a phone. al the time if you need any assistance you have to go branch wow. no one attend the phone on branch ......

I was told I had to go to the bank if I wanted to replace my account which was wrong since the teller at the bank ended up just doing it on my phone. Then she also gave me incorrect information and redirected me to speak to customer service line and rushed to leave so she can help someone else. Customer service then told me what I wanted to do can only be done in the bank with a teller. Complete waste of my time. Do better.

What a joke of a branch! Two of them in the front and no customers but tell me to wait 30 plus minutes for a wire! On top of that I am a private client and have 14 business accounts with them. Absolutely a joke of a location. Managers was more interested in keeping the female employee company than working in.

Used this bank all of time when I lived nearby. Convenient location, ATM is always working. Staff is friendly. Never too crowded.
