Came in bright & early and the customer service was excellent. They got right to work on my car and even had discounts for me! They had me in & out and on my way. Truly professional & fast service! I came to Valvoline Express Care to get an Emissions test on my car. The service person who welcomed me and the one that did the Emissions test were both polite and professional. The process was smooth and quick.

I usually go to this place to do emission test for my family’s cars. Drive in entrance and exit are easy to access. The employee will go to help you once you are at the entrance. They make it so convenient for the emission test to get it done.

I am used to the Valvoline instant oil change companies to be a bit more interested in customer service. IE- checking the computer about what my vehicle needs etc. They changed the oil and sent me on my way. Didn’t reset my computer, had to do it myself. Didn’t check my wiper blades etc. they were very slow and didn’t care to service my vehicle at all. I won’t be going back to this specific shop again.

The young man did an ok job it was an older guy that wanted to argue with me about why my situation was different. Terrible customer concern. I was getting an emission test at the time. He should have been more sympathetic of my situation instead he just wanted to boast how right he was!!?Terrible customer service!!The customer is always right

I was over due on an oil change and this was by my work. Very quick. No line. Great customer service. They even did my back wiper by changing the rubber for way less money than the whole thing. Will definitely go back!Service: Oil change

Had to get my radiator and power steering flushed. They were quick and friendly! I will be going back for my oil change! What a great bunch of guys and they also give a military discount!!!!This definitely will be my go to place for fluid changes!!!!Happy Happy Happy!!!!!

I went to Valvoline for an oil change and they informed me of a significant problem and instructed me to return to the oil change place that caused it to get it repaired. I did and the former place gave me a hard time but finally fixed it. I returned to Valvoline after about a month and they said it looked okay and gave me a discount on my oil change.
