We have booked the suit for 3 nights, when we appeared for check inn , front desk staff told us that they have cancelled the room 3 hours before the chek in just because they think they could not rent that room to us.Property never tried contacting us in advance or provided any other option to us.My parents have to sit in the car for almost 2-3 hours. Untill we found another room at another property on our own.What i heard from another property manager that they must have sold that room to higher paying guest and dis honored our reservation , and mentioned that it is their standard practice.

First off had to wait for over one hour for checking in then the Air-conditioner was not working . customer service at this place is just HORRIBLE and the collect a security deposit of $50 . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL

I truly enjoy my stay every time I come here! The room is always clean with a kitchen area. Pretty quiet for the most part and it’s close to stores and restaurants. The staff is friendly. I love Zury! She is absolutely amazing and does her best every time I see her to accommodate each and every guest. Her customer service is TOP TIER! the only downside is I wish the gym had better equipment and you have to pay $5 per day to park your car but overall I would recommend. ❤️

Imagine you pay for a "hotel" But you can't sleep there. It's 1am now and you can still hear people talking at the front door, play rock music, kids yelling in the hallway, and every single word from the next door. I feel like I'm lying in the middle of a road. Crazy place. Never come back here.

Room is clean. No breakfast but has kitchen in the room. Only problem is odor in the hall with marihuana.They should not offer smoking room in this age.Fortunately, can open a window a little bit.I changed to one star. They are charging parking fee $5 daily. Never expected in this area.Rooms: Room is clean and spacious.Can open window a little bit.

I promise the information that you are about to receive is very valid. We had to move our room for the one we was in had a Bucharest of roaches. The amount of roaches in this place is crazy. After moving we was told that the room had to be bombed. We also was there to deal with the water off and cold for three days and brown. The staff was very upset unprofessional and there are constantly strange people walking around outside. Everyday there was always someone sitting outside smoking. As a platinum card hold I would not recommend this”motel” to anyone’s dog.

Well first when we first arrived the water wasn’t working and when it did come back on it was brown and cold for at least 2/3 days we were there. The hotels ac was connected to a thermostat and it had a mind of its own. we was hot in the middle of the night and uncomfortable, sweating. I wouldn’t book this hotel again honestly. The service was nice though.
