Literally spent two hours at this store trying to buy a phone because the employee did not know "login info" and "manager's not answering" and "I don't know the email for this" and all kinds of stupidity. Then I call back the next day to speak with a manager, and guess what? There's no manager or supervisor available. They're just...not available ??♂️ Very poorly ran and unprofessional store! They dont even know their own policies. Take your business elsewhere.

Retailer totally ripped me off and lied to me and now this phone is locked into boots for a year when I did not want the service for a whole year I got the service for one month and the phone so I could use my q Link on a T-Mobile network the girl behind the counter knew exactly what I wanted to do and allowed me to spend my money anyway how dare they they should be ashamed of themselves

Ms Kimberly is such a sweetheart every time. i was skeptical at first about leaving my stylo 3 behind but kimberly convinced me to get the iphone 7 plus and assured my data could transfer over to it. I love my new phone!! Come and get yours.
