I sent an inquiry in on a BMW i3s last month and I had the pleasure meeting Calvin "Cal" David for used cars. I had a specific model in mind but for many reasons I could not get a deal done. Fast forward two weeks and I called Cal on this past Saturday morning to see if he still had the i3S I had originally inquired about. He did not, but he just received a newer model with a color I liked even better.
I met Cal later that pm to finish the paperwork, and I picked up my 2019 BMW i3s REx yesterday and drove all the way back to Greenville, SC about 133 miles and it was a thoroughly uneventful drive. I even stopped real quick to test an EVgo charger along I-85 in Carnesville.
Cal displayed great customer service, advice, and knowledge about this car.
I HIGHLY recommend Cal and BMW of Gwinnett Place.

My 2025 x5 I purchased in May. I got my first oil change left the dealership and hit a pot hole on the highway. Took the truck back to them for a right passenger tire and rim. Next day when I go back for my vehicle it’s not driving the same and tires look low to the ground. After a few days I check my tires. The back tires don’t even look the same as my front tires. It’s like they put someone else’s tires on my vehicle.

Terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. Throughout the whole process the communication was bad and I had to call multiple times to get answers. The car was also "CPO certified pre owned". They stated they performed inspections on it and certified it. When I came to pickup the car, one of the tires had a bulge in it. Upon bringing it home, I also noticed that the drivers side suspension had a clunk in it and a torn strut boot. There was also dried up concrete all over the underside of the car.
Great car but bad dealership. They lied about inspecting it and did not notice the issues and did not fix the issues before selling it. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

Best car buying experience I’ve had! I’m very particular and BMW of Gwinnett Place exceeded my expectations. My sales person, Steve was very accommodating with zero pressure. The sales manager Corey was great to work with as well. Even financing was a delight which isn’t always the case thanks to Alex. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. In fact, I pass by two other BMW dealerships to do business here. The attention to detail with customer service cannot be beat!
And, I love my new BMW

To be honest my experience was terrible.
The parts department ignored me when I was in line . Then when I went up to the register they were really rude . Later on that day I call because they have given me the wrong part and they were saying that they can’t help me , because it’s about to be 6pm and they are about to close .
