Very horrible service from this agent! Please do not use this agent for your car insurance. They do not have good communication skills. Your concerns and complaints will be brushed aside and they will talk over you. They never call back and will be quick to shout over you on the phone, and did I say their billing is over the roof? I am switching agents today!

I was represented by Yolonda Starks and I give 0 stars. She represented me in a case for my children. She was rude from start to finish. She quoted me one settlement price but sent a check with 4000 dollars less than agreed amount then act like she never agreed on a price. So were you just going to send me whatever? Asked for supervisor information she refused to give it. I do not recommend her. She has no care for her clients, lacks empathy and compassion, cheating ppl out of their money and downright low down. I will be going to corporate to report her because it really left me baffled. I'm not surprise she has no good reviews. Shes Bitter even when you're polite. And it's not even about the money it's about you were rude I let it slide but u cheated my children out their money KIDS MONEY you're a triphiling ? for that alone. But God WILL deal with her accordingly ? ? God doesn't play about CHILDREN I hope it was worth it. It really takes a cold person to steal from children pathetic

The agents there go over and above in customer service. They call me every month before my payments are due so that I don't get behind or let the policies lapse. Very helpful!

I had insurance thru Bill Rhineheart for 20 years. I've never spoken to the man. That should tell you enough. Even with great or complicated situations Bill wouldn't respond to emails or calls. He may be retired, but if your my agent i should be able to reach you or have a call back, not your office manager every time. He should retire if he isn't able to be more involved with his clients.
