Incredible!I wanted a 75” QLED Roku TV, the price on the box was 599, I asked the advisor the price again and she confirmed it, when I made the decision to buy it she told me that the price was 899 , and that it was not her mistake to label the products, but her attitude was quite rude, is it the customer's fault? Terrible experience!

I’m never coming back to this Gwinnett Best Buy…. Customer service is ZERO. Usually Best Buy has good customer service in other stores but this one was a joke. I’ll go out of my way to go to another Best Buy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection. I really hope Best Buy, as a company, can stay around. I would hate to see it go the way of so many other electronics retailers.

I gave 3 stars because I just want to thank Andrew (the order pick up manager). I was sent to this store today 1/31 by Mall of Georgia store and I got there 1145am. I pre ordered Samsung 24 ultra from Mall of Georgia. I explained to them before buying it that I have to travel international the same day at night. They promised me that the phone will be there. When I went to pick it up it was not there. ( This was very inconvenient ?).They transferred my order to this store because they already have the phone. When I got there to the pick up at the desk they were one guy and 2 ladies( I wish I wrote down their names). They keep telling me the order was not ready. when I got tired of waiting I asked again one lady at the desk to call the manager because I was told that they have the phone in store. She keeps insisting and telling me the order is still in process because they need to check my bank first!!?!I told her there is no need to check my bank because I paid cash January 26. I insisted to call the manager. She rolled her eyes in front of me and she called Andrew. He came and went to get the phone, and I had the phone within 2 minutes. All she had to do was to listen to me and ask someone if she doesn’t know ?

In and out quickly, they’re really utilizing QR codes to its fullest potential. You can even see online reviews of the products in store. This is really helpful because I like to compare prices and product features online before I make a big electronics purchase. There is nothing worse than buying an expensive item only for it not to be the one you need.
