What can I say, the service received today was stellar. I am an Instacart shopper- a customer by proxy. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store. ? The item my customer requested was not stocked to the salesfloor. The staffer on the salesfloor tried his best to hunt it down with me, and enlisted the help of his manager. Both gentlemen were friendly throughout and seriously committed to finding the item in question, and they succeeded (it was in the backstock/back room). Checkout went smoothly.It really makes me happy to be able to fulfill my orders 100% and amazing staff like this makes it possible. Also, sometimes at stores I am not treated as nicely when I reveal I am an Instacart shopper, but that is not the case here. A+ staff at this store. I let my customer know, too. ?

There is only about a third of the merchandise in this store that you see online. They don't have alot to choose from and they aren't carrying as much merchandise as they used to. They never seem to have enough help at the register either. I wouldn't be surprised if this store closes in the near future.

Went in to exchange an item. They Young lady at the front had no knowledge of processes or sense of urgency to help fix the issue. She ended up having to call a manager, the first manager was just as nonchalant and unhelpful as the associate and also offered no help to rectify the problem. The second manger came over (he was also the one that helped me find a replacement for the item I was exchanging) came over and did on 10 seconds what two people were unable to figure out in almost 15min. The last person, bald white guy with glasses, was extremely helpful, 10+ stars from him because he genuinely wanted to help, the other two did not,

Last minute shopping stop, close to closing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jamika took care of my return without any hassle as well as the last minute check out. A very positive experience with friendly staff - very good ambassadors for the store!

What was the best is that I was able to prove the price that manager said was wrong. Worth 100 but tag said 70. Then got the 20% off. I was a good day. Just used it 4 the first time today Keurig single cup but not happy with the taste. Just started drinking coffee and Racetrack beats QT. I will NEVA do ? bucks even if I hit the lottery

Their store manager Mr. Jeff is the best! We asked him for help 15 mins before his shift off. Jeff has been instrumental in educating and assisting us. He helped us with solid knowledge, good suggestions, and patience. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly takes time going over almost all items that we are interested! Can not describe how much we appreciate his help.

Carl must have been having a bad day because he had a terrible attitude assisting me with an exchange. Or maybe he's a grump all the time... Since he's working in customer service, he needs to be aware of his attitude. I was having a fantastic day until encountering Carl.

We have shopped here multiple times. Quality of products is great.
