Not sure why BOA decided to cut the real human teller in the branch and put only an ATM only. We like to interact with a real human teller and not working with a machine

They dont know how to do customer service while a shift change is going on. Had to drive to another location.

This location by far has proven to be the best in customer service of all the Bank of America’s in the Atlanta region. Kendra was welcoming and very kind and helpful and the Cashier Doris was pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work!

I thought it was just me, but just looking back on the reviews….this bank is terrible!!!!!! From the staff to the manager, the problem I had here was fix at another bank down the road, they just give you the round-around to get you to leave, don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally disgusted! First, I was racially profiled by an Indian female (can’t wrap my mind around this) that lacks human customer service and empathy. She watched me for 30 minutes and waited for when it was my turn; I walked to the teller after waiting 30 useless minutes. She ran to the teller and TOLD her not to cash my check, turned around and walked away as if she had done the bank a favor of not cashing a check when you don’t have account with Bank of America. She didn’t make a point as she expected. She became a verified racial profiler. Pathetic at the finest! She should not be the first person one meets when they walk into Bank of America or any bank. Her attitude was negative and distasteful as soon as I entered the bank. I think she feels she owns this branch, this is exactly how she was acting. She needs checking by management. I set in this bank’s location for 30 minutes, and on top of that they insisted and wanted to charge a fee to cash their own check if you don’t have account with them. Received a check drawn on Bank on America, but, be aware if you take a check to Bank of America hoping they will cash your check, don’t do it. They will charge you a fee to cash their own checks if you don’t have an account with them. Where in this world does this make any sense? This is absolutely ludicrous! Left there and went to another bank in the general location that I have account with, and they cashed the check without any questions. Bank of America, just can’t ever get it right. This is why there are so many complaints about them in the world. They will nickel and dime you to no end.Also, this location has a 1.5 rating or lower, probably because of the customer service and the greeter. Sad, for this location and BOA.PS: I am a consumer that should receive great customer service as all consumers whether you bank with Bank of America or not. This one incident at this location missed the mark, immensely.

The new sign in to wait system is silly and time consuming especially for business accounts. I usually send someone in my behalf and have wondered why it takes 40 mins for them to go less than half a mile. I understand why now.

I hate Bank of America. That’s the company in it’s entirety. I dealt with the absolute WORST experience when trying to open an account with them. I gave them another chance per my mother’s request. When I initially got to this branch for my appointment I was waiting for a bit. I initially was annoyed because it seemed as if no one wanted to service the appointment I created. I ended up working with Doris, and explaining to her in depth my previous experience. She completely took care of everything and made it a good experience. The manager Stacev was always a joy to work with. I don’t recommend Bank of America to anyone but if you must this would be a good branch to visit.

I once loved that the ATM machine dispersed 1’s and 5’s. They took that away so now I’m stuck for a half hour in a line with mostly incompetent tellers. How can my small business operate with this type of banking. Don’t call corporate, because they are worse.
