They should close down this location. Very poor customer service. Unacceptable wait times. They instruct 99% of their members/inquiries that “You can go online and initiate the requests by yourselves“… well then what is the use of having a physical branch when you are not able to provide services when needed. Very disappointed. I made several calls to their phone center too but no help, both teams (location & phone center) directed me to each other, pointed me to contact phone center or go to the location in person. I’m am so so unhappy. I will switch to another bank soon.

I visited this place not too long ago to open my first debit account. Johana was very helpful and was very friendly and guided me through the entire process quickly and effeciently. She guided me through everything I needed to know and left me with no questions. A perfect worker and a great person overall. Nothing but the best from Johana and will look forward meeting her again upon my next visit.

I visited this branch to open a checking account with my husband on 12/4 Monday. Actually, he had a bad experience here so he wanted me to go to another branch. We just walked in without appointment and very luckily we met Ms.Johana Cedillos.She was very professional and extremely skilled banker we’ve ever met. She was also very kind to us and helped from A to Z what we wanted. We were very impressed and will refer her to our friends and neighbors.Once again, thank you very so much Johana!

I brought my son to your bank to apply for a credit card. It's quite inconvenient for us, as new immigrants who don't speak English, to handle anything. Fortunately, we had an appointment with a young and beautiful business manager named Eudora, who served as our Chinese translator. Her professional and efficient guidance, along with exceptional handling skills, made the process smooth and enjoyable for us. I plan to open another account at their bank when I have some free time.

Went in on 08/26/23 which is a Saturday and it was busy. I got in line, but noticed Amber attending to customers. I asked her a question after she finished helping other customers waiting to be seen. She realized that my reason for going to the branch was something that could be completed quickly (with verification) and assisted me. I was in/out of there within minutes. Thank you for helping me, and for taking the initiative.

BOA is Such a big bank doesn’t even have a restroom for their customers, my 4 yrs old needed a restroom, and the person works there told me they don’t have a restroom. C’mon, how do you all use restrooms when you work? Or maybe you all walk to the Aldi next to you use their restrooms? Maybe my kid will pee on your floor one day, and that’s not my fault! You charge maintenance fees, and have so many people work for you, but you don’t provide a restroom for your clients! Thanks.

I stopped by this branch to deposit a cashier's check that I had lost 10 months ago. Since the check was issued pass 90 days prior, I was told that I had to wait in the waiting area for someone in their offices to see me. Apparently, the office people are the only staff who can call the BOA corporate office to verify that the check is still outstanding before it can be deposited. I have been waiting to be seen now for over an hour. There were three people ahead of my when I sat down and three office staff assisting other customers. Several customers have come in and been seen immediately because they have appointments. I got here at 2:30pm, and as it appears, I might not be leaving here until the branch is about to close since it 3:35pm now, and I'm still waiting with people ahead of me. I should have gone to the branch closer to my residence. Get ready to wait forever (as a walk-in, I guess) if you come here.

Rude, terrible service, attitude. If I could give them 0 stars I would. No wonder they have only a 2 star of 5 rating. The Assistance Manager and Manager are the start of the terrible service they have here. What a bad representation of BOA not doing the job they were trained to do. I over heard them talking unprofessional and disrespectful about a customer behind their back. BOA you should get rid of this Staff

Notaries refused to notarize. Just because she don’t believe an ID can be notarized for a true copy, so she refused to service and left swiftly. Went to UPS and had my ID notarized with no question. UPS have better notaries than this branch.
