First time super helpful and great wash

돈이 두달동안 자동으로 두번씩 청구되어 환불 요청했는데 환불 안해줍니다.
The payment will be double paid twice in two months, so I write by e-mail, and even if I visit the car wash in person, they can't get a refund. I show them the payment details, but they say no. What is this case? Is it over if I say I can't get a refund because my card is double-paid but your computer doesn't have a history?
Give me back $39.97, which I didn't even use.

Very bad quality waxing. It's not worth the twenty six dollars nor the membership. Just stick to the basic cheapest wash and just just as good as their "titanium wax"

We were visiting the area car shopping and needed to waste a little time. My husband and I decided to clean our vehicle. We found bamboo car wash. The wash was good but we much more satisfied with the customer service we were given while visiting. There was a lady that took a brush to our vehicle prior to entering the wash. She was not rushing and did a great job with making sure she got the windows and wheels. After exiting the car wash the lady came over and showed us what the cleaners were used for. She also volunteered to wash off our rubber floor mats. We then realized I left the switch on and killed my battery. There was a gentleman inside that didn’t hesitate to come out and jump my vehicle off. It was a very pleasant experience that I’ve never had at an automatic car wash before.

They are now Mister Car Wash. Fast car wash even though they are extremely busy. I love that someone uses a soapy brush on the car before you go through the car wash. And they have an automatic floor mat cleaner. That was my first time with one of those. I got the basic $10 wash and it was great.

The vacuum cleaners are not powerful and they do not have cloths to clean. I will not return to this carwash

Employees need to be trained in customer service. If you do not want to work with the public, you need to find a different type of employment.

No towels avaliable to use. I gave up on the compressed air after 3 of the stalls didn't work. Machine asks for a tip.

This is a place where employees change too often. The employees change frequently and are not professional.
