Today, my car was repaired here for the first and last time. When my car's fault light came on, when I drove here, they said that the four-wheel drive was faulty. They said they needed to check it. The next day, the check said that two spark plugs were burned out and I needed to change the oil and the O2 sensor, and they quoted me $1,400. The day after tomorrow, I refused to repair the O2 sensor, so I changed the oil and the spark plugs. They quoted me $350. After the replacement, I checked the price of spark plug replacement online. The price range is between $130-$170, and my O2 sensor is not broken at all. They lied to me that it was broken and I had to replace two. They are a big liar. I will not go there again or be fooled again.

My family and I are longtime customers of the this shop and so it disheartening writing the following, however my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The range of events spans 3 weeks at the time of the review. I brought my car a Honda accord 2017 to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced ( I had bought my own parts). I was not aware you could not do this ANYMORE due to new management but they did me courtesy as a long time customer and while they were at it preformed a needed tire rotation. The problems arise the next week when I went replace my front brakes & rotors along with an oil change .I drop off my car and they call a few hours later stating I need a brake flush , new air cabin filter, and a new driver side front wheel lug nut because it is no longer there. I said no to the air cabin filter along to the lug nut due to them being the last people to touch my tires. They denied they did anything to my tires at first but recanted the statement when I reminded them of my visit the prior week. After completing the work on my car I find myself with a tab of 700 dollars. I understand that the price is the price however when I brought my own parts for my for my rear rotors it was only 185 dollars and NO ONE at that time told me I needed a brake flush which is another 110 dollars. ON TOP of that it was 90 dollars for a synthetic OIL CHANGE the cost of which has never been that high from my time at the shop or even the Honda dealership for that matter. To add insult to injury I brought my car back to the shop a week after spending this money because my brake pedal needed to pushed very low to brake my car. When inspected they tried to cash in further by telling me it was my rear passenger side caliper and slid me a bill for ANOTHER 255 dollars ( i did not pay ).NO ONE TOLD ME about any of these “issues” the weeks prior working on my vehicle and I feel manipulated and ripped off. I feel like they are taking on a lot of projects and time/ labor may not be allocated properly. I’m weary of the new management and their suggestive upselling tactics now and don’t think I’ll be returning to the shop. Thought I share my experience.
P.s They used to call whenever you had work done and check if your car is running properly. They stated they don’t do that anymore. I had to let them know they work they did on my vehicle was not to there usual standard
