Research online led me to European Service Center for quality of work, fair and reasonable prices and trustworthiness.They had the vehicle history on Carfax. I am driving through all 50 states. They listened to my concerns. They completed a multi-point vehicle inspection. Added spark plugs and rear brake pads w/rotors, cabin filter and oil change. OEM parts. All work completed while I waited in their comfortable waitroom. Price $1259.16. Very satisfied. Thank you.”

“Thank you Alex and Matthew for getting my car fixed and on the road again. I made the mistake of taking it to a repair shop trying to save some money and they completely mis diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new motor and charged me several thousand dollars and it would barely run when I picked it up. My friend recommended Alex Automotive and I took it there. Matthew was very helpful and courteous and reassured me they could get me back on the road. The Tech did the diagnostic and Matthew walked me through the process of the repair. They fixed the mess the other shop screwed up an fixed the real problem. I had to take it back because the engine light came back on and Alex got that fixed for me. Folks, take your Benz to Alex Automotive, they know their stuff. They are honest, courteous, walked me through every step of my repair. Alex Automotive has my business from now on.

The only thing was the window motor needs to be fixed, and he actually bought the part for me to get it fixed but I haven't had the time to chase down the mechanic that he left the parts with. He seems like a good guy in my opinion and if I need to buy another cash car I'll look him up again .”

Even if the repair is made incorrectly in the wrong place, no additional fee is charged. (In other places, even if the mechanic repairs the product incorrectly and cannot fix it, they do not admit their mistake and charge the customer an additional fee.)”
