My partner has used ATI watches for some of his watches, and always receives a fair estimate before service. They are always great to chat with and very knowledgeable. I know the recent review of a 'lost' watch is untrue as the owners showed the watch was not missing, and harmful review to the company. Please check this store out for watch repair.

I think they lost my watch. They said they would call me with a repair estimate, but never did. After five weeks I went back, but they couldn't find my watch. They said they would call when they located it, but never did. It has been another two weeks. This watch was unique and sentimental and I am sad to lose it. Lesson: If you leave your watch at ATI Watches, you might not see it again. I will update this review if I get my watch back.

I went here to go change out the battery for my watch. Normally I would take it to one of those stores in the mall to get done. This place was much cheaper and he did it in less than 2 minutes compare to other places that tell me to give them 45 minutes to and hour. He was extremely nice. I would recommended.

Good prices and while-ypu-wait service. I just had the battery installed 2 weeks ago, so I do not know how long the battery will last. If it lasts a reasonable amount of time, I will be very happy with this shop.

Took my Seiko watch to be sized and he completed it in 5 min. Great, fast service. I went to a place in the mall (it took 20 min just to be waited on) and he told me to go online, order the parts, and bring it back to his shop. He didnt even explain what parts I needed! If you need watch repairs, definately go to ATI!!
