Been to this location a few times and all times was sent to a corporate store as they are not able to help. I believe if you come in as a new customer you may be fine but anything beyond that they have a hard time with - in my experience. Staff is nice enough just don’t have the training / access to services that can help the customer.

Completely unprofessional supervisor. Refuses to take any responsibility for lost trade in device. I even had a supervisor from the main office contact her regarding this being issue of the location and still refused to help. Needs customer service training.Update. The supervisor of the contact center contacted ups and they said that it wasn’t scanned and that is was also the locations fault for not shipping properly.

Alex is the best ATT manager i have come across. Very helpful and stayed after the store closed for over an hour to help my tech challenged uncle.

I entered decided I would create a new line with AT&T. I was almost 1 hour and they could only put problems in my way instead of solutions. But after waiting for so long and almost being forced to buy a new phone while we had a perfectly functional 5G unlocked, I left the store under the impression I had entered a Verizon store. I went to T-Mobile instead and they solved my problem within 10 mins.

The absolute best experience I had with AT&T. The store is under a new manager whom provided me with incredible customer service. Their team gave me 100% undivided attention provided the best service possible. I left saving money with a big smile on my face. 10/10 suggest going to this store for anything you need.

Horrible. I went in one evening for a screen replacement and the dude at the counter told me he would have my phone ready by the next day. He said I could pay cash and gave me no receipt when the transaction was over. Then when I went back the next day a different dude at the counter took a while to find my phone and told me they needed a receipt when I asked to just get my money back so I could get the phone fixed somewhere else. Reason being, their repair guy hadn’t fixed my phone yet and they wanted me to wait for the rest of the day for their repair guy to get there. I didn’t get my repaired phone until the day after that, and even then I got back home and realized they had messed something up because my face recognition isn’t working anymore. I have doubts that going back will give me any help, because they’ll probably just tell me I never got a receipt and that they don’t remember me or fixing my phone.

This was the worst ATT retail store I've ever been to. My phone stopped working, I worked with ATT to troubleshoot the issue for 3 hours and the conclusion was I needed a new sim card. I went to this store, after accessing my account they were going to charge me for the sim, I was fine with it, and then upon further review they refused to sell me the sim and stated the issue wasn't a technical issue it was my past due balance. I explained to them 3 of my 4 lines worked and pleeded with them to sell me the sim and they refused. I would highly recommend do not go to this store and go to a real corporate store such as the one on Kings Highway.

The employee I think was named Jason was very nice to me and help me around explaining the models to me. The store looked clean and nice, so there staff takes care of the store and there customers. I would like the employee Jason for helping me around the store. Might consider to buy the next iPhone 13 from them!!!!

Manager and his crew took an amazing care of me and my family! This was my first time at such at&t store. I usually never leave a review. I was absolutely impressed how friendly and how fast at&t team resolved my problems.

I came in earlier today and purchased a new phone thanks to a worker named Jason. Very helpful and informative. Got a very good deal and a great new phone. Explained every little detail perfectly. I usually am indecisive about what I purchase too, so with his help I didn’t have any doubts with my purchase. I really recommend his assistance?.

I came into the store to add up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Jay was the new store manager that helped me out as the store is now under new management, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Jay when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Jay.
