“When I toured at Marquis at Sugarloaf a few months ago, Aaron conducted my tour and did an awesome job. He helped me find a unit that had the exact layout that I was looking for and patiently answered all my questions. When I moved in, I had to wait for them to order the washer and dryer but the maintenance staff installed it as soon as it was delivered. A few days after it was installed, I walked by one of the maintenance staff members when I was taking a walk, and he stopped and asked how the machines were working so far. I've never had a member of the maintenance team do that before, so I was so impressed that he remembered me and asked that! The location is great and very quiet, especially considering that it's near the highway and arena.”
“I was not sure if I wanted to rent at Sugarloaf Reserve until I spoke with Rich at the office. He has gone above and beyond helping me navigate the apps and made me feel right at home. I don’t think I would have made the decision to stay if it was not for Rich.”

Tara, the *PHENOMENAL* Community Manager, is really passionate about her community and residents, and you can see how her commitment and dedication inspires the community and sets the example for the team! Tara takes pride in her work, knows her residents by name (including the fur babies ?), and is so fashionable, prompt, and professional. Noelia, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful complement and direct support to Tara’s management as she is so communicative and thorough. I love that she, too, is dedicated and has passion in her line of work. I felt sooooooo at peace when interacting with The Maddox team. Everyone was informative, responsive, and accommodating. The Leasing Specialists were very pleasant to engage with as well. The Maintenance Gentlemen were always hard at work taking great care of the residents and property. ? A considerate, respectful, proactive, and consistent team is always a welcome blessing. The Maddox is a beautiful community with even more beautiful people working diligently and thoughtfully to make it a great place to call home. ? “I have been living in the Arbors for several years. I must say that I love the office staff here. They are always helpful and they try to handle any concern that I bring to them. The maintenance team is awesome as well! Shout out to Jorge. He is so awesome and helpful with everything I need in my unit. Athziry, Tim, and Wallace rock! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice peaceful environment. Thanks guys for all that you do.”
