Staff is dedicated to getting you the best price. Anchor helped me get a coupon when my usual pharmacy wanted me to pay much more out of pocket. The staff showed that they could be flexible and earned another customer.

I always receive my delivered medication accurately and on time. The customer service is excellent. They go out of their way to get approvals for medications from insurance companies.

The staff is hardworking and mostly pleasant, the issue is have is that nothing is ever ready. I have been getting my scripts filled here for a couple of years and sometimes when I call they are confused about which location I pick up at and it has been the same location for years, so the rapport isn’t much except for the two gentleman that hand over my medications.
What drew the line for me is more in the recent months. I had to change to a new provider and when she didn’t put the correct dosage in, the pharmacy didn’t catch the error. I ended up getting it cleared up at publix. Like how do you have a history of a dosage that hasn’t changed in two years but then something different comes in and it doesn’t prompt for pharmacist review?
Also, i have neurological conditions so my time management is out of wack but from what i have experienced, i have to wait days before they will even look at my script and then i have to wait 1-3 more days for it to get in. By then i have already started side effects and withdrawal. If i don’t pick up the medication within 24 hours, it goes back on the shelf for someone else’s refill and i have to wait again.
It is detrimental to neurological health to have certain medications and this pharmacy has failed me several times. It puts my condition at risk of epilepsy.
So now i have to change pharmacy’s. I just need more reliability and dependability

Thought I was having a good experience with them, but they kept wanting to push PA over and over, which ended up costing me more out of pocket dragging out the process when I should have paid it out of pocket two months ago when this process started and it would have been cheaper. Do not appreciate being quoted one price when this process started to find out it is $100+ more now. Think about your customers bottom-line.

Been coming here over a year to pick up my Dad’s medicine. I really love the front desk guy who is always helpful and friendly. The team is always busy & working hard!! Love coming here ☺️

I usually come to pick up my mother’s prescription here however today there was a lady with glasses behind the desk named Melody who is very unprofessional, rude, and was yelling at her co-worker at the other register I was at when I wanted a quick clarification on the up-charge because I had called ahead prior to the day about pick up and price being different. I don’t want to assume like how she did with my situation there today. she may have been going through a stressful morning but being at the front desk requires excellent or at least a satisfying experience. the guy who checked me out was polite!

Will charge 10x more than any other pharmacies. Be weary of these people. They will take your money without hesitation.Found the same medicine at a closer Walgreens for $10 instead of $100.

I don’t know what magic they worked, but they took a $1,500 prescription that my insurance was refusing to cover, got it covered, and used mfg coupons to bring it to $0 out of pocket for me. Without me lifting a finger. I’m so glad my doctor sent me their direction!

I have transfered all my meds over from Kroger because Kroger had terrible service. It started off great, they would call or text me with questions. One day I found my self having to ask for refills, I was told that the number they gave me I can text and communicate, but that has now stopped. I liked the convinience of not having to call and text worked very well. However, this seems no longer working, or a new number has not been given out. Please improve your connection to your customers, or give them the info on how to manage our prescriptions. Thank you.
