This is the first vet I’ve gone to in a while who explained everything to me about my dogs condition and actually helped me make a plan for treatment. I came here as an emergency because my other vet wasn’t open, but I will be moving my pets here permanently. Dr Andre and his team (Daria especially!) were so kind, helpful, up front with all costs, and efficient.

I greatly thank Dr. Garry Innocent and his staff for all they do. Dr. Garry is a very knowledgeable veterinarian and knew what treatments my cat needed to get better. I stopped going to other vet offices as I always feel that I can trust him with my cat’s care. I always appreciate the staff for always being so patient and answering any questions I have. Every staff member that I have spoke with have been very helpful. Shout out to Sofia, Tara, Zion, Taylor, Christian and Annie. Thank you all for all you do!

They charged my wife $1,500 to take care of her bird, and they charged in advance, and they returned it to her worse, it died that same night she picked it up, these people are cruel and frivolous!

My experience with this veterinarian was horrible. If you love your pets, think about it before going there. My bird was sick and they cruelly charged me $1,536 in advance. I loved my sun canure so much that I didn't even care to pay that money, so They would return it to me worse than I took it ??he died the night they called me saying that he was fine, it was a lie, they only knew that he was going to die and they gave him to me like that because they only cared about the money...... I still have a hard time talking This hurts a lot, but they could tell me that they didn't know about birds and I would have taken her to another place, not leaving her there until she got worse, is unforgivable.

Would not ever recommend taking your animal here. All they are about is money. We had to get the police involved to meet us there to get OUR dog back after we paid everything in full PRIOR to even getting anything done. They charged $55 for a nail trim and then labeled Domino as aggressive and didn’t do but 2 nails. He was being boarded there while recovering from the canine flu. Would not ever ever ever recommend this place. Not even worth my 1 star. On top of all of this, we are a licensed rescue and they still used us. We are trying to save dogs and then have nasty places like this taking every advantage they could.

Does not even deserve a star. A GA licensed dog rescue needed a place to keep a dog while he recovered from canine flu. He was set to be there 7 days and he was. We added 3 extra days to secure a proper foster. We Paid for all the services I'm advance so we Were paid in full. We wanted topick the dog up a day early and told we were not allowed to even though the dog was totally clear from all symptoms. We had to call the police to get them to release our dog to us. They are shady with billing and charged $55 for an "aggressive dog" nail trim and they didn't even clip but 2 tips of nails. Never again I wouldn't take a worm to this hole

Took my snake (BALL PYTHON) there for burn treatments. He is permanently traumatized after vet violently ripped off his scabs making him bleed. Also Vet made me hold him while hes sticking a qtip under the scabs and ripping them off further injuring him. (What are Vet techs for??) He used to be a trusting social snake but after the treatment he received here hes never been the same. Other vet helped continue a proper treatment plan. DONT TRUST WITH EXOTICS

**DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMERGENCIES**
I came here on emergency service for my budgie, whom was very sick (symptoms including vomiting, sleeping all day, not eating, not drinking, etc). The veterinarian said it was 'a diet problem', when we've been feeding our bird the same diet for 4 years now with no similar problem. But we assumed that someone with a degree in such professions would know better than us and went home to heed their advice. My budgie died the next day after finally trying to eat and throwing up before crawling to the bottom of its cage and dying. It had been over 24 hours without food, and it died because of a so called 'diet problem'. The vet said my bird was healthy other than it was skinny.
On top of this, they charged $200+. My budgie is dead, my beloved bird who was my best friend died because of a doctor whom had likely graduated using chat gpt diagnosed him with 'failure to thrive'. This comes from a heartbroken pet owner. Thank you for your time, have a good day.

Do not recommend this place. I had a chicken who wasn't feeling very well, and I took her to this place. They told me it would be 600 dollars for all the tests, I had refused to pay that much for the test. The doctor had come back in and gave me a whole speech about how my chicken would die if I didn't get her the tests and I would be the cause for it. It's been almost 3 months since then and my chicken is perfect and healthy.

Thanks to not one, but 3 misdiagnoses, my guinea pig had to be euthanized by a different emergency vet last night. I came here a week ago because my guinea pig was having stool issues, at first doctor innocent told me she had an ear infection and left the room. He didn't even CHECK what she had come in for. I begged the nurse for him to come back, and he treated me like I was an inconvenience. I was sent away with antibiotics, told to buy a powdered juice (for humans) for her, because she had an ear infection, a UTI, and suspected vitamin C deficiency. I came back a week later for her second round of ear infection medication for the doctor to not look at her ears, or her butt, then to tell me she had an Upper respiratory infection. I was sent away after being told to buy a human 'organic immune booster' powdered tea for her water. Last night, I took her to another emergency vet because she was declining terribly. She had ovarian cancer that had spread to her lungs, no evidence of an ear infection, a UTI, or a URI. Thanks, Dr. Innocent for scamming me out of hundreds of dollars, and ultimately my pet of her life. Your nurses were so kind, you however, weren't so innocent.
EDIT (after the laughable response i received) : Upon reading further responses that are obviously the Hack Mr. Innocent (doctor will not be used here further because you are a sick excuse of a human being.) I'm going to be reporting you to the state of Georgia Veterinarian Board. I want your license snatched, you low life. You literally squeezed my guinea pig like she was a tube of toothpaste and she died 2 days later.
