I had a pallet dropped on my foot. My toes no longer move so I went on line to find help and orthopedic . I came across AICA Orthopedic ,so I made an appointment. I went to see the doctor .We talked about what happened to my toes .He told me to go to my neurologist appointment and find out what information he had that was going on with my feet. When I went to the office at the front desk lady charged me $436 .00 for for nothing. Nothing was done at the appointment. I wasn't giving any medication or anything. He just told me to come back if the doctor doesn't help me. I was there to see if he could help me.I feel like it was a waste of time and money for nothing. If you didn't treat me you shouldn't charge people $436.00.All he did was just ask me for information about my foot.I got a piece of paper to tell me to go do therapy that's it. Made another appointment to come back for a follow-up. I understand I should pay something but $436 for just talking about my foot shouldn't have caused $436.00. yes , the lady did tell me it was $436.00, but I was expecting some kind of help with the problem that I was having. Not go over paperwork that I already had that my doctor went over with me already. You can cancel my appointment. I will not be back. Name Sabrina Kochan. Please cancel my appointment. Thank you! I came to AICA after a car accident and they made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They explained the entire process to me and the staff here is all so nice, especially Elaine and truly want what’s best for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for chiropractic treatment!

Got into a bad car accident and needed to get
medical attention. I didn’t want to go to the hospital because I didn’t want to wait long to be seen at the hospital. This office is very clean. The front desk ladies are welcoming and helpful. I saw Dr. Moon and Dr. Lane who have excellent bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and care about their patients. I have been receiving my therapy appointments from Elaine and D they are super sweet, caring and light up the office. You won’t feel like a number here. Everyone here has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend AICA Orthopedics.

I love it here, this location is amazing! Every single employee here including techs, chiropractor and medical team is nice, knowledgeable and very efficient! Very grateful to be getting treatment from my accident at a facility like this!!
