I found this company and because of all the good comments we had read, we decided to call but the experience was not as I imagined it. First, a girl answered us and a man took the phone from her, not at all friendly. On the Facebook page it said that the packages were sent by pounds while on the phone they told us that at least 10 lbs from the USA to Mexico is 65 dollars, the truth is neither cheap nor friendly. Losing by knowing is not losing.

They are kind when you visit and offered free pick up to my zip code in Gwinnett. When I requested the service they schedule it far away and when I agreed they wanted to charge me. Don’t bother with their pick up.

I honestly love this place. I have been sending packages to my family and friends in both Venezuela and Colombia for the last 8 years with this company. EVERY single package has always gotten to them, perfect conditions, never missing a thing (which finding places that don't steal your things has become mission impossible). I can so easily write a review for this company, which I don't do often, because all the sacrifices I make to send food and clothes back home pays off in the end. Mr. Gerardo does everything he can to make it as cheap as possible for me, and is always very hospitable. I never leave without a water, a coke, or a coffee hahaha. THANK YOU!Sinceramente, amo este lugar. He estado enviando paquetes a mi familia y amigos en Venezuela y Colombia durante los últimos 8 años con esta empresa. CADA paquete individual siempre les ha llegado, en perfectas condiciones, sin perderse nada (lo que ya es casi imposible encontrar, lugares que no roban). Puedo escribir fácilmente una reseña para esta compañía, lo que no hago con frecuencia, porque todos los sacrificios que hago para enviar comida y ropa a mi familia vale la pena con Aeromar. El Sr. Gerardo hace todo lo posible para que sea lo más barato posible para mí, y siempre es muy amable. Nunca me voy sin agua, coca cola o café jajaja. ¡GRACIAS!
