    He is not very professional, lack knowledge about insurance, and are not in the office. He received the cancellation notice from the insurance company, but it was not communicated to me, so we didn’t even know I was uninsured. He is good person but he is the worst agents.

    Don't go to this agent the guy Charlie is rude and the costumer service are bad I don't know why AAAinsurance has a agent like him DONT GO THERE YOU WILL REGRETTED
