I usually call ahead and pick up. The food is ok. Excellent service, we have dinned in the past and the food is usually good. We tried the dumplings once and they were still frozen but the pizza and chicken here is excellent.

Sunday lunch in this Korean fried chicken and sweet potato pizza. Absolutely filled you up. family meal satisfied. See picture purple Korean yam spreading on the pizza. Sesame seeds whole fired chicken. The sauce was very good, sticky and gooey , a little spicy at the endService is either at the counter, or seat down orders, ok self serve cold water unless you need other beverage, they will bring for you. Environment is very casual and dark mode. Food is very delicious.

Hands down our favourite place for korean fried chicken! I can say we are always on the look for other places just to have variety but we always come back! The turnip and salad with the chicken is *chefss kiss* but their pizza is also amazing! In summary, highly recomend.I always eat my food too fast to even take a pic, it is that good!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the delectable combination of Korean chicken and draft beer at 99k chicken and pizza, and it was nothing short of a culinary adventure. This dynamic duo is a match made in food heaven, and here’s why.The star of the show, the Korean chicken, was a symphony of flavors and textures. The exterior boasted a perfectly crispy and slightly spicy coating that was both crunchy and flavorful. Beneath the crispy surface, the chicken pieces were incredibly tender and juicy, a testament to skilled frying techniques. The variety of sauces offered allowed for customization, catering to all levels of spice tolerance, from mild to fiery hot. The sweet and spicy sauce was a personal favorite, striking a balance between sweetness and savory richness. Now, let’s talk about the draft beer. The cold, frothy pint served alongside the chicken was the ideal companion. The refreshing effervescence of the beer cleansed the palate between bites, ensuring each mouthful was as enjoyable as the last. The local craft beer selection at 99k was impressive, offering a diverse range of brews that paired wonderfully with the bold flavors of the Korean chicken.

It was my first time visiting and I had no clue what flavor to order for the popcorn chicken. The staff was very friendly and helped me chose one based on my preference. I ended up going with the Lemon Pepper one. It was really flavorful, the lemon was very apparent but not overly done. It was a nice zest! I really enjoyed it and my sister too! Cant wait to taste the pizza when we visit again !

When I heard that 99K Chicken& Pizza was opening in Duluth, I was SOOO excited. I have had the food in their Johns creek location and it was delicious. They have yummy Korean pizza and fried chicken! Their pizzas are soft and cheesy. They have different crust options like regular, cheese, or sweet potato. All of them are tasty ? Their chicken is so flavorful and addicting. What we got:-Korean Steak Pizza with cheese crust ? oh gosh I love this pizza. It’s so tasty and doesn’t feel too greasy-Half Paduk Chicken/Green Onion Chicken ? this was delicious and the combination of the fried chicken with the green onion is a master piece ? ?-Half Snow Cheese Popcorn Chicken ? this was such a nice flavor and good portion!-Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken wing ? let’s just say we didn’t have any left over for this wing. Flavor was great and it was hard to not want to eat more ?Service is really great and friendly!Enjoy ;)

Loved the fried chicken! It was crispy outside and tender inside as it should be. Had a potato pizza and was glad that we didn't order fries separately. Beer was refreshing! Staff was nice and tried to tend as much as they could even it was busy in the hall. A nice place in the neighborhood for chicken and beer. Enough tables to gather with friends and family.

The old Joy Chicken and Pizza place. It used to be great food and beer with reasonable price. Now it's trying to expand, the price is much higher and chicken wings much smaller. Can't say much about service since we did take out, but the wait is long during dinner time.

The spicy chicken sandwich with the slaw inside here is so good. The price is very reasonable. Probably the best Korean fried chicken I've ever had.

I’m a regular now and the owner was very nice and explained to me the menu really well when I first came in. Really good food for the price if your in the Duluth/ Johns Creek area.Parking: Plenty of parking, not crowded at all.

Never got the chance to try Joy Chicken & Pizza. Came here when it became 99. I really love Korean Fried Chicken. Haven't tried the pizza yet.Got 16 sweet and spicy wings for just over $20. The price is very low compared to the usual price for Korean Fried Chicken. What makes it so much lower than nearby bb.q chicken?Well, I got my answer. The wings are smaller than the ones at bb.q chicken, but they're not too obnoxiously small. I also like the fact that the wings are pretty heavily sauced.I don't like the fact that the wings are naked. I don't know enough to know whether KFC is supposed to be battered, but all of the other ones that I have had were battered. I also found the sauce to be a bit on the mediocre side. It wasn't that bad, but it's more a sauce that I'd expect at Buffalo Wild Wings than at a local shop.I might come back to check out the pizza. As it stands, 99 K-Chicken & Pizza provides a perfectly serviceable meal, and there's nothing wrong with that.

No longer worth it. Owner got rid of the lunch menu-- :( The workers were unsure of why this is the case. They allow $3 for fries + drink but only for the half order.
