Had a great experience with this company. The movers were fast, efficient, and very mindful of our belongings. You could tell they really knew what they were doing and they were also really nice and pleasant to work with. Would recommend if you need movers.

This company is the most unprofessional company I ever encountered. My move was between 11-1. Here it is 6 pm. They promised to be here at 3 then 530 . I called to get an update on the move no answer and no return call. They suck , the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay away. !!!! You will be sorry.

Hired this company to move a few of my belongings. They showed up late. Started moving my things out rapidly. They broke my dining chair right in front of me. My cord to my stereo speaker was missing. They scratched up my console broke one of the legs on it scratch up my bedroom furniture.Then when I told them about it. The worker lied about it as if my belongings were already damaged. Do not hire this company. Scammers and liars

They ruined all of my furniture… ripped my couch, mattress, desk is now unstable, and ruined my $2k dresser. I am tight on money and it’s so depressing that they would do this to people. I’m so upset & I even tipped them, which is insane. DO NOT USE this company.

Called them 5 days before move, set up the appointment to move across town. They showed up on time, very professional, and speedy. Totally was worth it, just for the stress factor alone.

Young men were great at moving physically but terrible at unassembling and reassembling, no tools and totally messed up I paid for about 4 hours I shouldn’t have and taking me almost that long to try and fix and repair myself and when contacting scheduler about you get no answer

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having these clowns move us from one house to another. Movers damaged my reclining sofa leaving scratches and holes in the furniture! Lead mover took pictures and supposedly sent into management? He told us we need to reach out to them for follow up. Also one of the chairs no longer works because the movers spliced one of the wires! They also dropped our washing machine leaving several dents. We have left several messages with no response from the ring leader! STAY AWAY from these people they are the worse!

Movers tried hitting on my wife after they left from the job. I helped them do their job. Completely unprofessional and man to man, disrespectful.

Dont call for your moving with this company. First of all, 2 movers were very un-professional, they did not wrap and place the furniture properly in the truck the furniture at all. The driver was driving too fast as I was chasing them and they did not know that. After they arrived to the destination, all my furniture had scratch and broken parts. I took few pictures which you all can see. They did not responsible for the repair and they left. The customer service was really bad as no body take your call to get your concern.

Scheduled with company for appt 11-1 someone called the night before to see if I wanted and earlier appointment I said no next day they didnt show up until 2:30p. Mover damage most of my furniture, which is under a year old. I was told by their dispatcher that they would use covers to protect from damage. Scratched the door trying to get furniture in. When reassembling my bed, they missed a piece and hid it behind a door to a room where I closed the door so nothing could be unloaded there. They have not replied to any of my request to speak to management. Would not recommend to anyone!

I put in a work order for a move one week prior to the scheduled move date and on the date the movers were supposed to show up between 3 and 5 PM the supervisor called me 5 times starting at 7:30 in the morning to ask me if I wanted to do my move earlier than I scheduled. The answer was no, I scheduled the time that I did because I needed some time in the morning to get things ready to go. So I told them to stick with the original time between 3&5. well 3 o'clock rolled around and I received no call about anyone coming. 5 o'clock clock rolled around and the supervisor callEd me back to tell me that the movers are still working on a job and they are going to contact me shortly to come and do my move. OK fine I'm pretty patient so I decided to go ahead and agree. I have not received any calls about anyone coming out I attempted to call the supervisor back and no one answered the phone. Do not waste your time these movers are garbage and the supervisor is an idiot. just look at all the terrible reviews. you can definitely find someone cheaper and more reliable like I did.

Had a great experience until light fixture was broken and wall was damaged. The guys lacked integrity to own up to their mistakes. Submitted a claim and no one will return calls. Very disappointing experience.

I didn't really like the service because when they put the furniture in they scratched it and they weren't careful with that detail. And the back of the truck started to fail, they couldn't fix it and we were waiting out there until they were done.
