Never had overdraft fees like this in years. Taking this bank 15 days to get the money that is pending. Now I have to pay 90 dollars out my check to pay the balance. Been with this band since 2009. I will be closing my account with they soon.

My experiences at this bank have been lukewarm at best. Today the ATM was down, and no one in the bank knew anything about it. There were only two tellers at the windows. I was second in line and it took over 8 or 9 minutes before I was able to advance to the counter to make a withdrawal (because the ATM was down).It seems that everything around runs in slow motion. So, the moral of the story is: Don't be in a hurry when you bank here. It's going to be awhile. Thankfully, I don't have to come here very often.UPDATE: The manager of this branch reached out to me this morning to get a better understanding of exactly what happened. I was extremely impressed at her level of concern, and wanting to take corrective action to lessen the chance of this happening in the future, hence I'm changing my review rating.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over two years and I’ve never had a bad experience,every teller I’ve crossed paths with was friendly and courteous whether I used drive through or went inside.I’m so sorry other customers had bad experiences,thankfully I can’t relate. #SatisfiedCustomer

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo since 2007 and I don't like the customer service at this location either. The tellers act as if they do not want to be bothered. They are very rude. Also the heavy black girl who works in customer service/loans rudely said, "To the podium." She said this because I was not wearing a mask. That's no way to speak to a customer because when I tell her off she is gonna know exactly what she is doing wrong....pink lipstick colored outside the lines and all.
