I ordered one item from their boutique on instagram since they didn’t have much and it’s going on 3 weeks with no shipment. I have kindly requested an update through instagram and email, once I gave them the order number, the boutique stopped answering to me… I have never seen this before. I also asked if they were able to find my order and I’m on day three of no answer and this is all for no reason. Anyone ordering online, please be careful.

Love love love this store! I’ll be in on Friday bc I gotta have something to wear for my little brothers homecoming on Friday night! I know that I will leave with the cutest outfit/jewelry and very satisfied! the best boutique that we have in Dublin! I definitely give it 5 ⭐️’s any day of the week! ?

I always enjoy shopping with Brandi and the girls at The Exchange. The staff are sure to offer help when you walk in and throughout your time in the store without hovering. The Exchange offers high quality items. Buying through the app is also super easy! This is a pic of one of my favorite pieces from there.

I recently went to the store and overheard one of the owners complaining about the boutique across the street. Owner was standing in the middle of the store for all to hear. I found this super disappointing - the more boutiques in the area, the more business would occur. Talking poorly about another business in front of customers isn’t a positive thing, in my opinion. I believe we are our own competition and that women should empower other women. I’m not sure I’ll return to The Exchange for a while.

Honestly, I would rate this place a 1000/10 if I could. This boutique has come in clutch for me so many times. I have been going here since I was probably 16.. they always are so helpful and willing to give you advise on what to buy. When shopping, I usually like to ask questions, say "hey does this go together", etc etc. With The Exchange, they are ALL so helpful, so willing to go the extra mile. Customer service cannot be beat. I don't leave reviews often - but these guys... they deserve it & are TOP NOTCH!!

Just made an order and got a phone call about defect they found in the last one in the size I needed. They were so sweet to offer options for me and take the time to reach out to me. I was extremely impressed with the customer service from Dana! I will be a repeat customer in the future!
