I have been taking my 10+ cats and now a puppy to Dr Ritchie & Sam since they opened. I have always been treated with respect and patience. My animals have received excellent care. For anything serious they have always provided thorough explanations and alternatives.

As always we had a wonderful visit. The entire staff treated us with respect and kindness. Doc Richie always takes the time to come and explain things to me. He is gentle with all of my personal and foster dogs. I cannot say enough kind words about them.

They did more than any other vet in town would have. I was told my cat, with a life threatening emergency would just have to wait till after hours and drive to Warner Robbins emergency care. And no doubt pay double for it being emergency. This was the LAST PLACEi called in town… i didn’t expect anything different. I was in tears. I had to wait for them to re open after lunch before I called the receptionist said they didn’t have any more appointments available that day, but instead of telling me to wait till after hours emergency animal hospital- the receptionist asked a few quick questions then said “hold on”l the next thing I heard is we can work you in for an additional $50. $50 was the entire additional for an emergency care. My kitty had to stay, but he was well cared for. Was called every morning by the actual vet just to let me know he was doing well. Got to go home early- so not milked for additional days he did not need. Accourding to Google for this issue ( his bladder was obstructed) I should have expected to pay anywhere between $1500 and $4500. The upper end I would not have been able to pay the “ estimate” I was given at Magnolia was less than half of the lowest of those numbers. The actual bill was even lower than the estimated range. By about 20%! What vet do you know that does that? I’ve certainly never seen that. It is a small vet but no long waits and the place was insanely clean. I was allowed to come visit every day. Vet even continued to answer questions along the way. The staff is not the super bubbly fake smile and upbeat personality you get in a normal vet office - these people ACTUALLY and genuinely care more about animals than just the bottom line. From the time you walk in the door, start to finish very genuine people. Walking back to visit my kitty I caught an assistant or two and one of the vets walking by stopping to pet one of the animals. I cannot say anything to recommend them enough. I am grateful. And they just earned ALL our vet business for four animals and anyone else I can refer. Google needs to change the star rating system - this office deserves way more than just five stars!

Omgoodness. The difference between Magnolia Grove and my last vet are remarkable to say the least. We recently took our Brittany Spaniel to MG and Dr. Richie was on the floor living on our Mollie girl gaining her trust. After two visits to our prior vet, it was refreshing to see a vet actually listen to her problems. He gave us a lot of meds and diagnosed her with worms and a skin infection. (The last vet didn’t even look at what I was showing him with the bumps on her skin!). Mollie is doing much better and finally rid of worms which was confirmed with a requested follow-up stool sample. Needless to say, our Mollie girl has a new Dr.

First time to this office just moved to Georgia My dog is 15 years old and was breathing really heavy I called and they fit us right in. Met the staff and Dr. Richie the vet he was friendly and made us as well as deeg feel at ease. He didn't push alot of expensive tests on us and we came up with a plan to help our boy. Thank you all for being there for us. The Simmonds Family.

The best Veterinarian I’ve done business with. He’s not about the money he treats you like family. The Vet consulted all my options financially and what was in the best interest for my pet. The office staff is phenomenal and prices where very reasonable, example one Vet wanted to charge me $50 for the same thing he done for $17.

Cannot say enough about this clinic. They took my dog in for a surgery the same day when no one else could and took the best care of her that was possible. Dr. Richie, thank you so much. When it came down to making a decision, he made me feel comfortable with either decision we made.

When i called this place, I was greeted with "hold" I didn't even have a second to respond. A hello, please hold. Would have been more polite. After ten minutes with being on hold, spoke with someone who was rude. Explained my situation about my pet. They didn't seem concerned or care. Just based on how I was treated over the phone was a red flag to me.

I can never say enough good things about Magnolia Grove and Dr. Ritchie and his entire staff! They treat your pets just like their own, and are always willing to go above and beyond for four legged children. They were there for us throughout our entire journey with our dog Bandit’s unfortunate diagnosis of osteosarcoma. This team of individuals were an absolute Godsend to us and I would recommend them to anyone for pet care ❤️ Thank you for all that you do!

My wife and I had to call in an emergency appointment today. We were not established patients. Dr. Richie was very busy but managed to work us in in spite of his busy schedule. He was very nice and kind to our special buddy. Thank you Dr. Richie for your help today. We will recommend this facility to anyone.
