I’ve recently purchased a 2024 Corolla for my son from Pitts Toyota and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I'm wanting to thank Sales Associate, Mr Rex & Owner, Mr Jerry Pitts for taking time to here my memories of being 9 years old when I first seen Mr Pitts former car at their dealership, an Orange Pantera. Great experience shopping here. Roseanne Crosslin helped me buy a used Tacoma and the process was very easy and the whole staff were super helpful and respectful.
I'm writing this review however to highlight AMAZING customer service. After owning my used Tacoma for about two weeks, I noticed a problem with the battery and had trouble cranking the engine over. I asked if they would make things right and replace the battery since it was so soon after I got it - and they said NO PROBLEM! I walked in, popped a brand new Toyota OEM battery in, and fired right up! This made me a Toyota customer for LIFE!

Customer Service worker at counter is rude. Ask me "just what exactly what do you need". I can go elsewhere and spend my money. Called and complained but I guess the business does not care.

She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, despite my long drive from NC to GA.
