Just moved in and so far so good it’s quiet and clean. The office managers are the sweetest and any questions or concerns I’ve had, have been addressed in a timely manner . Since being here David has gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed.

Do not move here . Every property manager that works here are conniving and they play under your nose ! They don’t fix anything apartments are raggedy. They painted over the mold in my apartment, never fixed my air and pest control hasn’t been out in months . It’s cameras on the property and yet still so much shooting & fighting and no one ever gets caught. This is the hood at its best .

My niece lives there and they do not fix anything. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. All they are doing is collecting a check. They painted all over the mold in her apartment. If anyone can get in contact with corporate let me know. This place is horrible!

I have mold and they are denying it and refusing to fix it and asking me and my children to sit in the community office while they act like they are going to fix it. But I’ve allowed them numerous attempts to fix it and all they do is keep covering it up then get mad when I let them know. Then they add charges on my account or make up things to say I’m not complying to have me evicted. Some based on income housing.
