The quality of customer service at Kroger makes me feel like their employees really care about my shopping experience. The selections are manifold and their loyalty program offers not only savings at the grocery checkout, but savings at their fuel centers and affiliate gasoline & diesel retailers, like Shell, as well. In fact, today I saved 30¢ per gallon at the pump. We like Kroger.

My last review was over a year ago but my perspective has changed since then. I have moved this review from 2 stars to 5.
This store is well organized and stocked. They have the freshest meats and produce.
The cashiers are very friendly but my only complaint is you need to open more registers. No one wants to go to the self checkout when they have a cart full of groceries.

The self check out lanes are the worst when it comes to scanning. No matter what, it will always call for assistance for no reason. But other than that, good store

Kroger will always get a 3-5 star from me. Three star because the employees are understandably over-worked and underpaid and as a result, they smile less. Four star because it's ALWAYS positive energy from the parking lot to the dairy aisle. Five star because they carry economically priced ginger beer THOUGH I can NEVER seem to catch it on the shelf regularly. I check at least 2-3 times a week. Come on Kroger let's fix this small problem. Smiles!!

On April 16,2024 I went in to Kroger to get my updated Covid shot, the staff is always friendly and answer to my concerns, as I sat waiting Cora reminded me it was time for my Pneumonia shot and would I like to get it too if I wanted to and I responded yes I did,she soon came to administer them. Cora, just like Heather came to my car and gave my uncle, who turned 94 on April 19th 2024 , his shots. Kroger Pharmacy has the best staff and let me not forget, the drive in window and text service I love too. ~Sharon Dollar~

Have shopped Kroger for 30 years and never had a complaint until now,I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever come across in Kroger by the name of grace,when you get extremely nasty just because someone asked you a question for help and you tell me that's not your job and laugh and walk off yea then have the nerve to not even get someone to help is ridiculous

Very nice store. Had stuff I couldn't find at Walmart. I wish there was one on the Ms Gulf Coast. I'd be a regular for sure.

I placed a pick up order, and it contained fresh vegetables. Some of the vegetables that I received in my order were not very fresh. I wish I had gone into the store and picked out my own vegetables for this reason.

I had a great experience with Kroger bakery I ordered two cakes for a black history program at work they were supposed to be ready on Thursday evening but when I got there they had not made the cakes there was some sort of mix up and my ticket got misplaced but eventually they found it there was a young lady by the name of Crystal that works in the bakery who went above and beyond to make sure I got my order she talked to the manager and he made sure the cakes would be ready at 7 this morning if not we would not have had any cakes for the celebration I think Kroger needs to recognize her and the others who work in the bakery, great customer service
