I get that things are slow but if your going to make the delivery date at least contact me to let me know that its running late or that it will (maybe) be the next day, especially if its a package that needs to be signed for. Also there is a reason I want to talk to a person so please get rid of the robotic run around that is persistent on not letting you talk to a representative.

Not necessarily this place just FedEx period. Just had a driver pull up, never got out of the truck and before I could get to the door drove off. Didn't even try to deliver my package. It's drizzling rain so I guess they'll melt. Tried to call to see if they could get the driver to turn around before they drove to far and phone call was routed to the Philippines. One rep told me to wait package is scheduled for delivery today, I guess she didn't get concept of driver just leaving, so I called back. Again routed out of the country and this rep couldn't find my tracking number. Maybe I'll get my package before Christmas next year.
