We had a roadside emergency today and showed up unannounced with a wheel issue. They quickly diagnosed our issue and provided an appropriate resolution on a day when the Service Department was already solidly booked. Cannot say enough about how far they went, way out of their way, to care for us. We had no prior business relationship with them, but they treated us as if we were a favored long term customer. I wish we lived closer. If you do, give them the opportunity to be a champion for you as well.

I see a reoccurring problem in these reviews, the service center. I spent $12,000 on what I thought was repairing my 2016 Nissan maxima only to have to tow it home today. I originally took the car in due to the transmission acting up and for a recall. They told me they also had to put in a new battery because the battery was dead. The lady from the towing company had also told me the battery was dead was dead so I knew it was true. I asked if they could change her passenger side headlight (I had the headlight, they said it was wrong). They said I needed to do both because doing one will make the other blow soon. I paid for 2 $1800 lights and a taillight. However, when they received the car the A/C was working. When we picked the car up it was not. Therefore, I had to take the car back to see what happen to the air. I was told they had to change the HVAC system. When I got the car we didn't drive it until a couple of days later when we went to Orlando. When we returned, the next day I drove to the interstate to pick someone up and on the way the air went out and the battery light came on. I went straight to the Nissan place. Doug instructed me that they couldn't get to the car that day and I couldn't drive the car with the battery light on or it would run hot. I explain to him that this was my only transportation. I had been telling him this throughout all this work and was never offered a loaner and when I asked it was we don't have any right now we're stretched thin. We can give you a ride home. A ride home was not going to get me to my doctor's appointments, church, or the grocery store. I drove the car home and back to him the next morning with no problems. Time I left he called and stated, Mrs. Williams I took my flashlight and looked under your hood and saw your belt was broke and I took my hand and pulled it off. He said it would be $150 because he had to put the car on the machine to diagnose what caused the belt to break. I ask someone other than Doug for a printout of what the machine said was wrong with the car and was told the car would've never gone on a machine because everything on the receipt from the $150 I paid would have been manually done. There was no belt to remove because Doug did that the first day the car got there. The other man said they would have tested the battery which is now an old battery. Even the bracket that holds the battery in place is not the one that was in my car. The new battery that they supposedly put in the car has a date on it of 12/23. At this point I'm starting to wonder if they fixed the recall and the transmission.

Months previous proximately four months before I had some work done on my car after that said work was done on my car. I started noticing my car driving differently. I kept in communication with guess he’s the store manager to let him know and he kept saying bring my car back so he could look at it and if the problem is not related to the previous repairs, then they were going to be in atrophy, which we all know that that is their job to state something is not a part of previous repair so that customer will have to pay and which they did to me the issue that occurred had something to do with the original repair I had a master technician from another Nissan dealer look at my car and was advised that the issue could be related to the previous repair. I had to pay out of pocket again for something I did not cause. This is seemingly a issue with this dealership and if I knew I would have been taking my car there.

Purchase a new car

If I could give a zero I would. I bought my car in 2021 brand new off the lot. They were nice, but one of the guys kept bugging me the entire time to give them a great review. They added a bunch of warranties to my car, that obviously jacked the price up. Here it is 2024 and I've called probably a total of 20 times since 2021 and NEVER gotten help with a warranty I wanted to use. In the past 3 weeks I've called 5 times to speak with a finance guy to try and get some of my money back from the warranties, since I've never been able to use them anyway, and I have yet to speak with them. I called Al Johnson several times, his mail box is full and can't take calls. I talked to the secretary who supposedly gave him my name and number, and no calls back. That was 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago the secretary got me in touch with another lady who said she would definitely get a hold of him to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. So yes, they will be great when you're buying a car, but after you sign those probably fraudulent papers, you are nothing to them. If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere.

I am supremely satisfied with my experience at Dublin Nissan. My salesperson, Scott, his manager Brian and my finance manager, Mac epitomized professionalism and offered their service and advice beyond our initial transaction. This has proven to be true, as I've already had to utilize their invitation. Thank you for great service and for keeping your word team!

Awesome! Jason is always such a pleasure to work with! It's nice to know that when I go in there in need of the service department there is someone who knows and remembers me. Being a mechanic myself and having worked in places where women are often spoken to like they don't know anything about cars or are taken advantage of, I can always rest assured that not only has that never happened to me at Dublin Nissan Service Center, it won't!

Horrible experience...waste of half a day. Offered cash for the Tahoe the GM has been driving, but they didn't seem to need the sale. Business must be great selling overpriced cars.
