They got is in and out within an hour, so that wasn't so bad for an oil change and tire rotation and all the other inspection stuff they do. It was a much shorter wait this time than last time, so that's an improvement in my books. The customer service is great.

I just purchased a 2018 Ford F150 XLT from Dublin Ford Lincoln. Trent was my salesman and took care of everything before and after the deal. He was very patient while I took my time inspecting the truck. There was an issue with the mirror which they immediately offered to fix. I asked if they'd just send me the part since I live far away and they agreed. I appreciate that kind of flexibility. I had some questions after the purchase and Trent got me my answers and called back. I was pleasantly surprised by Trent's attentiveness once the purchase was complete. I would purchase a vehicle from this dealer again.

My car broke down just outside of Dublin and was towed to Dublin Ford Lincoln to be repaired. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, I live over 2 hours away and there wasn't a rental car available. The Service and Parts Teams came to my rescue, diagnosing and repairing my car, test driving it to be sure it was safe and got me on my way. I am so grateful! They did this kind act, gave superior service and got me headed home within a couple of hours. They even called the next day to be sure I got home safely. It's hard to find service like this. I highly recommend this company and this team the next time you need car services.
