We bought a car from Jacob R. yesterday. we had a great experience within our 2.5 hours there. time was important for us and Jacob had alot of the work done before we showed up. There was no high pressure sales and he didnt even get mad when my wife tried to kill him on our test drive. just ask for him when you goto buy a car and you will be fine.

They were very good to deal with until it came to them forwarding the signed paperwork to me after they got my money. I have made several phone calls to them requesting copies of paperwork. I was assured it would be sent to me. Still nothing. It has been approximately two month's since I purchased the vehicle.

I took my truck in to have the oil and fuel filters changed. They did not change the fuel filter. We went back to have the filter changed and to address a trailer break control module. The truck should have been in the shop for less than a day. It's five days later, and the truck is still not finished; It was kept overnight because an employee had jury duty.Colton, their technician, was rude to my husband when he questioned the "work" done on his truck. Then, his supervisor said Coloton is a preacher, further justifying his disrespect to the customer.If this was my business, I would be mortified at the customer service.Save yourself the trouble and travel out of town if you want real results.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So every vehicle I've bought from them I've only taken to them to get oil changes and tire rotations or any work done. Well I bought a vehicle in 2020 and every time I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they never would do it. They would always say they forgot to rotate them and I would end up having to rotate them myself. Well 2 1/2 years go buy and I have to order a set of wheels because they would "forget" to rotate them, and I only had 3 options to choose from and all 3 were street tires, not all terrains. so I buy them from Dublin tire and they swapped them out for me. Well, on December 10, 2022, they did it again and charged me for a cabin filter I didn't even ask for and would not give me my money back. I will never do business with Dublin Chevy or Nissan again. I hope this helps someone in not making the same mistake as I. Dublin Chevy and Nissan dealerships are scam artists.Services: Oil change
