Not sure if the regional managers check their stores or the reviews from the customers. I witness the manager in this store being so rude to an elderly customer this morning 2/3/2024. The manager is VERY RUDE. She doesn't have any experience in customer service. If she treats customers like this, I can only imagine how she treats the team members in the store. She never smiles or greet the customers. It's like we are invading her space when we are shopping. Kindness doesn't cost anything. You never know what a person is going through so be kind. I felt so bad for the lady this morning. Check on your business. She doesn't have a vested interest in your store. She needs customer service training ASAP!

I absolutely love Dollar Tree! I love the inspiration and motivation that comes alive when I shop there! Today I had a very disappointing experience and actually I’m considering never going again. The manager at the East Dublin GA was very rude and hateful. I received an email that my online order was ready to pick up so I headed there first thing this morning. I approached the manager and told her I had an order to pick up. She walked away saying “I don’t know anything about any orders” and left me standing there. I shopped and picked up a few “motivational’ items and went to the register. I told the young lady I needed to pick up an order and she said I would need speak to the manager. I moved out of the line so others could check out. The manager came out of her office and ‘dropped’ my three boxes on the belt of a closed register. She asked “what’s the name” and I told her. She said “there’s your order” and walked away. My order was a case of lemon plates, a box of lemon bowls and a case of lemon drinkware - which she ‘dropped’ on the counter. I went to check out and she was running the only open register. She scanned my items without speaking. She dropped two items in the floor without looking to see what fell, without offering to pick it up. I picked my items off the floor and she never acknowledged anything fell. She didn’t offer “I’m sorry “ or anything. Nothing. I spent $70+ this morning not counting my paid online order of $120+. I said “thank you, have a nice day”. I got no response. No thank you for shopping here”. Nothing. I don’t know the managers name and I don’t want to but she is a melanated lady with short hair. I haven’t opened my boxes yet so I’m hoping nothing is broken when she dropped them on the belt. She was very rude. Very unprofessional. Very bothered by me, a customer who shops there often and helps dollar tree pay her salary. Moving forward I will patronize another dollar tree because this lady has zero customer service skills. Thank you for providing a method for customers to rate their experiences.

They have more of a selections in my local dollar tree also they have added $3 & $5 items, can’t beat a spring porch sign for $5!
