Service agents are quick to reach out to get your info for a quote but once they have it it's like pulling teeth to get in contact with one of them again. My agents were Daniel Jackson and Anthony McEver. Initially Daniel was prompt but stopped returning emails after his job was done I guess. I emailed both several times and left a voicemail for McEvers. I even emailed other agents in the area and no response. This started on the 21st and yesterday I couldn't wait any longer so ALLSTATE is who I'm with now. The online enrollment was painless (STATE FARM doesn't allow online purchases), and it turned out to be CHEAPER than STATE FARM. You lost a potential customer cause your agents couldn't care to be bothered to complete enrollment once they got my information.

Have always been pleased with my rates and when I do have to file a claim they were very fair… Carolyn has always taken care of us if we have any questions or when we file a claim she makes sure everything is done right..

I live and work and Spokane Washington and from this distance I have had such a great experience with Danny's office. All transactions are over the phone and I feel very comfortable with his office even though I've never met anyone in person. DANNY DAVIS STATE FARM IS THE MOST CARING STATE FARM AGENT THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AND I'VE BEEN WITH STATE FARM SINCE 1972. JUST LOVE CAROLYN SHE IS SO HELPFUL AND THEY NEVER GET IN A RUSH THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANYTHING THAT I NEED.

where do I start. My daughter Sabra has full coverage auto insurance with State Farm and was hit from behind by another full covered person (different insurance) Sabra soon discovered that her coverage only covered 80% of a car rental up to $1000. So for the last 7 weeks Sabra has had to pay out of pocket 20% for the rental. The $1000 max will be reached in 5 days. Her car has at least 2 more weeks before it will be repaired. Trying to find out way someone that has full cover

Local State Farm branch, should be referred to as “sales location” because they do nothing locally but sell policies and take your money. Danny Davis has been no help! When you have to utilize your insurance coverage you pay for, you are giving an 800 number to a claims department that had an estimated 1+ hour hold time today when I called! I’m livid!! I’m contacting an attorney for legal representation. This is ridiculous!!
