I come here all the time to get my Devices repaired. Nintendo’s PlayStation cell phones. I asked the lady to go ask for the manager in the back. She was too lazy to walk to the back and ask a question. What don’t make no sense to me is last year the phone screen didn’t cost $400.

My phone charging port had stopped working a few months back. I was tired of using a charger plate to charge my phone and so I looked on Google for a repair shop and I found CPR. I told the technician I needed a new charging port and he looked at it and said that it looks like it needs a good cleaning. In less than10 minutes he came back out and said you are ready to go. The cleaning the port worked. I told him thank you., also I need a new charger cord and I was told since you’re going to buy a power cord we don’t charge you anything for the cleaning. I most definitely will be back to see them the next time I have a phone problem. An Extremely Satisfied Customer.

I needed my cracked phone screen replaced, and the entire experience from initial explanation of options to actual repair was handled extremely professionally. It was done well within the 2 hours which was explained up front that the screen needed time to "cure" after replacement. I will definitely come here again if I drop my phone on my rock driveway again. I'm embarrassingly terrible at remembering names, but the young lady and young man I interacted with were both very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

I thought my screen was cracked on my iPhone, but it turned out to just be my screen protector. The employee that helped me was very professional and courteous. He quickly told me it was just the screen protector and that the crack had not penetrated the screen itself. He put a new screen protector on and I was out of there in just a few minutes. Excellent service.

CPR replaced my cell phone screen. Phone wouldn’t work right after. Had to buy a new phone. Asked for my money back under their warranty. They charged me $60 for labor, took their screen off and put a broken one back on. Big waste of time and money going to CPR.
