See I try to give employees grace but Ms. Denise service gave I just started this job an hour ago. “Full coverage “ is really NOT full coverage! If you rent vehicles like I do Acceptance insurance DO NOT cover you despite having rental reimbursement or a “full coverage” policy with them. Denise if you put a customer on hold and the phone hang up the SMART thing to do is to give the customer a call back! Ms. Denise if a team member/ Agent from a different location call you back on a customer’s behalf the SMART thing to do is stop your conversation /small talk before answering the phone or don’t answer the call at all and continue the meaningless co worker chatter! My experience left me feeling like I wasted time, money and the wrong policy for the type of vehicle I have. I’m tired of receiving below average service when my card NEVER declines ??♀️ this Denise lady told me she is the manager there.
Beware …..Scammers I called and Denise or Theordora Fripp still didn’t make it right . I Do Not trust this greedy company at all and the 5star reviews are fake and any body a friend , family member or co worker can leave a 5 star review
You all can make it right by returning all $571.92 Denise stole from me theft by deception or theft by deceit.
