Amazing experience! Ethan took his time and walked me through everything I needed to know. Even gave great advice on every mattress I looked at! Also helped me pick a frame and got everything set to deliver on a day that works for me! Great customer service ; will definitely be returning!

With a lot of home goods retailers shutting up shop, it was an unexpected surprise to come across WMO. Staff members were truly helpful assisting us with selecting appropriate products for a good night's rest. We were able to try demo products, at the store, before purchasing. After a week of usage we are pleased with our selections. It is a small establishment with limited parking.

You won’t regret stopping by this location on your search for a new mattress. Make sure to ask for Tirea. She is extremely knowledgeable & goes above and beyond to help out in any way she can!! Will come back for the next mattress.

Great experience buying from the store in douglasville. Ethan was willing to answer any questions and very flexible with how we were choosing the right bed. Wasn’t pushy at all with trying to get a deal done which was very refreshing to have some let you do your research without rushing a deal.

I didn't go in. I was pretty upset because we wanted to look at furniture not just mattresses and this places pulled up on maps as a furniture and mattress outlet and it's just mattresses.

The staff was excellent. Detailed and kind from beginning to the end of my purchase. They listen to what I needed and only directed me and advised me on the best quality mattresses at a great price. Great experience .

Purchased a queen size adjustable mattress and frame for $800 . Great service. Added frame warranty for $150 frame but cancelled it because it did not make financial sense. Delivery charge was $125 which seems a little high since the whole process of picking up, delivery, and setup took less than 1 and a half hours.The other stores I checked offered free delivery.Overall I grade this experience a 9 out of 10.

We visited the Douglasville store and Tirea was the best. She was very knowledgeable and carried us through mattreses and pillows until we found our perfect fit. We caught the Labor Day sale and found the price to be affordable. We had been to a number of high end stores but found the same quality at a been price.
