Dr.Koram was excellent with my newborn , informative , listened to all my questions and has a very kind disposition. Nurse Ashleigh was comforting as well checking up on us after my baby’s shot . Clean environment & excellent staff thank you ❤️

This provider Dr. Ehteshamul Huque never listens or tests kids especially when they are non verbal and can't communicate if something is bothering them especially after I'm telling the dr that he plays in toilets and has ingested fecal matter and urine & has lymph nodes & isn't sick to have lymph nodes showing but is constantly crying for no reason. He still didn't run any test he, always tells me what his personal preference is instead of what's best for me and my child and that's not how you practice medicine. I understand autism is different with every child but you should TREAT every child accordingly ESPECIALLY if it's affecting a family's daily life and if the child is harming himself and destroying property when they get frustrated and the parents are showing you videos of this happening. A low dose of medicine isn't going to kill this child but continously letting the parents suffer when they are older and have health problems of their own already are putting our health at risk as well when all we're trying to do is help our child cope and be able to focus so that we all can have a somewhat stable day. I also advised the dr that based off of his IEP that he attends this new school which he has kids in his class that are immobile, has feeding tubes, & one that has seizures. When he has these random meltdowns, the teacher has to immediately take him out of the classroom to avoid one of the other kids going into a seizure. That's a major concern for me because our child does it for no reason sporadically but this dr still doesn't feel he needs medication to help since it's part of him being autistic even though we have another one 16 months younger than him as well that is also nonverbal that doesn't have the outburst. I will be finding both our babies a new PCP that will listen and run additional test on them to see if they have gastrointestinal issues or a virus because they can't tell us what's hurting, then maybe that will clear up or lessen the outburst because this dr doesn't seem to pay enough attention to special needs children and I would never recommend him to anyone who actually CARES about their kids.

Dr Fox is an excellent pediatrician. She's very friendly and kind to her patients. I love the way she interacts with my 8 year old twin daughters. She keeps them engage by talking to them. She shows interest in them as little people by asking them questions about school, likes and dislikes. Her bedside manners are excellent and I'm so glad to have her as our pediatrician.

I was really disappointed that Dr. Dauphin did not ask me about my child’s eating habits, and daily activities opposed to assuming. She was very much pushing of her philosophy and did not care about what we wanted for our daughter. She also was very assuming that my child engages in excessive screen time but again, never cared to learn that we do not allow screen time during the week and on weekends it’s strictly educational resources when we are not traveling or doing extra curricular activities. We are very health conscious people and that is not known by this doctor who did not get to know my family. Overall I was very upset with our visit and we will not be returning.

I really did like this place, but we were let go due to not showing up to some appointments. I more than understand that. But it was appointments that were missed WITHOUT confirmation I would be going to the appointment. I’ve worked in different offices for years and when we have a patient that does not confirm the appointment they are taken off of the schedule instead of leaving them on the schedule, and the staff is just waiting for someone to show up that did not confirm the appointment?! Weird! So why do you even bother to call for reminders to get confirmation that a patient is going to the appointment? Things need to be done differently in my opinion, but my opinion does not matter in this situation.

Dr Dauphin is apart of the "D4" family. She's been seeing my kids over 15 years. They trust and feel comfortable with her. She always explains and give sound advice. We are blessed to have her as our family's pediatrician.

Dr. Viqar and Nurse Emily were kind, relatable, knowledgeable, and both had a sense of humor. Wait time wasn't too long. Receptionists were pleasant.

Very unfortunate we're constantly getting canceled new patient appointments for about 6 months now. I continuously get told to reschedule months in advance, but when I do that, it's then canceled.
