The ladies here in the pharmacy were very helpful and had great customer service. The head pharmacist let me know of options and even help me with a more affordable option than originally thought. I will definitely continue to get prescriptions filled here and advise from this location.

The Head pharmacist Rosesett is so rude and disrespectful! I came in to get my daughter a Covid vaccination for college and was in line waiting to be acknowledged. Once she got off the phone I said hi and was about to tell her the reason for my visit her response was go in line over there so one of them can help you. She said it so harsh and aggressively.Smh, so I went in the other line as she directed me to and let the other associate know that my daughter needed a Covid shot. Once she told me that it wasn’t free like the 2 previous locations told me it was, but they just didn’t have anymore, that’s when the rude pharmacist came over and said “Why did they tell you that!! Which locations told you that!?!? They shouldn’t have… the government stopped letting us do it for free so you’ll have to pay and it’s very very expensive ( as if she assumed we were going to say oh well we’ll leave, we can’t afford it) she then said “ Yeah it’s like $600 and something dollars”!!.. I said well I was told over the phone from another location (previous to the other two who told me that it was free) that it would be $180 something if they can’t do it for free and if they can put in some codes that will go through it will be free but if not it’ll be a little over $180… and let her know we would like to proceed with payment and I then told her I didn’t appreciate her tone, it came off rude and repeated what she said that’s when she said.. “THATS A LIE!!! I DIDNT SAY THAT TO YOU”!!!… and walked off…smh she needs to be retrained because that’s was so disrespectful and unprofessional. Destiny the lady who actually did my daughters vaccine was VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. She’s awesome. Gave my daughter advice on how to care for her shot and actually congratulated her for being a young lady going to college. But I can’t believe how rude the pharmacist rosette was still it was such a unpleasant first visit to this location! I just moved in the neighborhood and I was excited that we had a Walgreens close by but now I cringe to the thought of even going in there because of how rude she handled me. I will continue to go to the Walgreens by my old house instead of this one because I just don’t wanna even run into this lady her tone was so rude it felt like she wanted to be hostile towards me. Just mean rude and angry for no reason! Stay at home if you’re having personal problems don’t take it out on customers!

Anyone who gets a prescription filled here takes a risk. First a 10 min wait while an incompetent and rude tech who tried to figure out how to help another customer. The other tech piddle around shuffling papers until customers showed up at the drive through. The tech never asked for my insurance card and when I asked for a med consult the pharmacist should consider changing careers. Basically read the fine print and figure it out for yourself. Walgreens should have a better vetting process people’s live are at risk.

If I could give 0 stars to the pharmacy I would. Lately the customer service at all Walgreens has been declining, & this location fits right into the group. My doctor’s office put in a refill request today that needed to be filled today, & I was told by someone in the pharmacy that I could pick it up at 4:30. When I checked the status online the prescription was out of stock. When I called back to speak with someone in the pharmacy, she told me that the prescription was in their order they received today and that I would “probably” be able to pick it up around 6:00. I called AGAIN at 6:30, only for someone to answer the phone & immediately put me on hold; I then got a call from the pharmacy who told me that the prescription wasn’t in the order they received today & that I “could” get it later this week or I could call another Walgreens. By this time it’s 6:50, & majority of the other locations close at 7:00. Poor customer service. Poor service in general. Do not fill your prescriptions here.

The filled my baby’s prescription with the wrong epipen yesterday evening. I got a call just now saying sorry and please don’t give him that one we are filling the right prescription now. Life or death for my baby and of course they don’t want to provide me the pharmacist that filled it but it was the pharmacy manager who called. You can not make these mistakes

Had surgery yesterday... dropped the prescription off and get this message "Reviewing insuranceYour order has been delayed due to an insurance issue. We'll update the status when the issue has been resolved.". The next morning, I call because, of course, the meds have all worn off, and the girl on the phone says "oh we're just waiting on the pharmacist to review the meds." So, what is the insurance issue? I then asked if there was a time estimate, and she said no. So then I ask if I'm supposed to just sit here in pain, and she says, "I guess. Bye bye" and hung up. And they wonder why ppl are jerks to them. I never even raised my voice. Needless to say, if I can avoid walgreens at all costs, however will never step foot in this walgreens again.

I’m reaching out in regards to the pharmacy team on October 12th @9am. I spoke to two ladies, one associate, and one who claimed to be the manager. Both were very rude and not a help. I ended up having to communicate to my doctor and him giving a call to the actual pharmacy to handle what they couldn’t. They messed up the amount of medication they were to give my son. Both were obviously annoyed and it wasn’t a good look for the company. Then you say you’re a manager and you are acting worse than who I just spoke to. Very disappointed in the way I was cared for and it’s not the first time I have experienced rude behavior here, today it was just unremarkably rude which is why I now had to go the extra mile to type it out. Please be more considerate of your customers and please find a new manager because this was a really poor experience.

I Visited the this neighborhood Walgreens today, where I frequent the pharmacy. The manager Kai, was very unpleasant and not hospitable at all. I had a Walgreens coupon. that she did not want to fulfill, for no apparent reason. Jeremiah the store employee however was supper friendly maybe he could give her (his boss) some training in quality customer service. Moving forward I will do business with the Fairburn rd location near the exit. I’m going also submit a formal complaint. Seems like she was bothered by my Walgreens coupon… go figure…

I want to give Very Very Big thanks to Ms. Kali....I had a old family Polaroid I needed For a Special service and their Machine was down... She did everything possible to make sure she made it happen for me and my Mom !! Thank you!!!

This Walgreens Pharmacy has very rude unprofessional staff. I understand now what the reviews are about, they purposely dont give you time to say what you are calling for immediately hanging up putting you on hold. That's so rude! I was putting on hold over 10 times still not being ablle to talk to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would for rating.

I’m currently on hold now going on 20 minutes. The pharmacy puts me on hold so long that the phone rings again and then they pick up and say hold on again after it rings what seems like forever. No sense of urgency

I have had the worst experience since at Walgreens Since I have been going to this pharmacy they are always behind on filling My prescriptions . I dropped my prescription off yesterday around 2 PM went to pick it up today At 11:30 and my prescription was still not ready.Frustrated I'm asking what is it with this pharmacy?. Why is it that I'm always going through something when I come to this pharmacy?Rosetta The pharmacist herself rudely responds to me that I don't need to come here if I don't like there service Then she proceed to tell me where all the other locations of Walgreens were. She then me to have a seat rudely.... I said oh wow the pharmacist is snapping at me wow thie is crazy.... she walked out hand me my prescription telling me to go elsewhere. I walked to the counter and ask her So does this mean you're not going to fill my Prescription She stated she was not going to fill my prescription and I asked her for my ID backs and she did not give that back to me.Rosetta did not Carry herself in a matter that she should have in her position.I'm sure that Pharmacy has cameras and I hope they take a look at it. I started off in the driveway where I sat for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me not moving I've been came around and went inside to have the The pharmacy where I started my day off with the worst experience ever.I only go to this location because of the convenience And to be told that I cannot come somewhere to fill my prescription because They're lacking the staff or the skills to move faster is ridiculous. I know they go through quite a few I've seen many faces And none of them seem to know what they're doing or have a understanding.
