Horrible store! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Seems like manager is never there & you will be on hold forever! The managers are very rude! From the regular manager to the hiring manager. Pharmacy is horrible! Just the store in general need all new workers! Coming from a secret shopper . Never know who you are speaking with so be mindful.I will be making a petition to get a WHOLE NEW STAFF

Incredibly rude people at the pharmacy. Worse, they had no idea about the drugs they were dispensing. The pharmacist who wore a "Diversity Equity Inclusion" emblazoned jersey apparently shows Walgreens' political views; never said hello, thank you, nothing ... was busy talking to her colleague and acted put-out when I asked a question. Last time anybody should go there.

Gaynell George is the pharmacist. I went in to fill a prescription for Tamiflu but I called it Tamifil. I let her know that I was pronouncing it wrong but its for the flu. She said we didn't have it. Looking story short I went in and asked for help and realized the correct pronunciation. She heard my voice and came from the back and wanted to argue. I gave in. Then the young lady who did help me told me my prescription insurance wasn't accepted. I called the insurance company and they said my insurance is accepted there.so these people are playing with people lives. Really?? This place is trash!!!

Astonishingly poor pharmacy service. I have had about 12 visits here for various needs over the past 2 years, and I’ve realized I am simply choosing to return to a sub-par level of functionality for something that is ultimately too important for the standards by which this facility is run. (I’m saying this place sucks, don’t go here)Persistently I’m told inaccurate information about; timeframes, the availability of my prescriptions, and even in some cases, the actual existence of my prescription. (At times being told they had not gotten a prescription for multiple days that they did in fact have, under the information I offered)The manager of this pharmacy is either taxed horribly to find individuals of high cognitive functionality, or they fail repeatedly and miserably to convey standard training to use their systems.Regardless, I anticipate that if you’re sequestered to suffer this store, you will find yourself in extensive states of waiting for tasks that shouldn’t take more than a few moments. The level of activity at the location is not relevant to the length of the wait due to the quantity of mistakes that will be made.

I am a recent kidney transplant recipient and because of my BCBS Insurance I am dictated to get the majority of my anti-rejection meds through Walgreens. I have had so many issues with the Pharmacy located on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA with getting medications in a timely manner. I placed an order on July 15, 2022 and since the Pharmacy had not notified me that my order was ready, I stopped by on July 18th at 9:30 a.m. to check on the script and I was told by one of their pharmacy technicians that my medicine was short filled because they didn't have enough pills in stock and the remainder of the order would be in the next day. I actually gave them two extra days but when I didn't hear from them again, I called the pharmacy on July 22nd and was put on eternal hold and was then told that they still didn't have enough pills in stock and they would be in on today, July 25th. Still as of 10:00 p.m. tonight there has been no communication from the store. I filed a complaint with the Walgreens Corporate Complaint Hotline on Friday night and still I haven't heard anything from the Pharmacy Manager, Store Manager nor the District Manager. These non actions really show me what I have known for a long time that they don't care about customer service nor the health of their customers. Once again I remind you that I am a recent kidney transplant

Covid test scheduled on Wednesday, 7/20/22 @ 9:30a. En route to the store, pharmacists calls me 7 mins before my scheduled appointment to say they are out of covid tests kits and have been out for the past 2 days. So my response was how is it they just thought to call and tell me that 7 mins from my scheduled appointment. And the lady on the phone had the audacity to have an attitude in her reply saying they just got around to do this. Wow!!! Absolutely horrible way to do business. It’s not like it was free as I have an understanding my insurance would be charged. Yet appointments are still available on their site to book today. Do better.

This Walgreens is pathetic they let little children run this place I called to complain about a bouquet of flowers that I brought that never bloomed I asked for the district managers phone number he puts me on hold and then never gets back on the phone I called back three times and he hung up in my face what the heck is Walgreens doing letting children run a business CVS Will be my go to store From here on out you will never get my money

Horrid customer service today at pharmacy. Had an appointment at 9:30 am with Pharmacy person who works there was late had to drive around came back at 10:00 am 4 hours later still awaiting results which I was supposed to get in 2 hours...called on hold for 15 minutes then someone hung up on me called back and they took my # to contact me back...Very tacky service today! No apology dry unfriendly voices. Not going back here again after this experience let's see how long it takes for the call back...smh
