Only giving 1 star because emphasizing 0 stars is not an option in order to post a review. The pharmacist's name tag said Lana on it. She was rude and unprofessional. She ignored me for more than 10 mins as I sat wanting to pick up the prescription for my child that was in pain from a surgery that he'd just had today. She continued to fiddle at her computer and with papers on the counter. And then had the audacity to acknowledge and service a new customer that walked up to the counter 7 to 8 mins after I was already waiting. She didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that she would be with me in a few minutes. Just silence and no eye contact or acknowledgement.Then when I mentioned that I was using the prescription rx due to no prescription insurance. She asked in a nasty tone. "So you want to use the discount app code to pay for this?!" As a resident of this area I will have to go elsewhere and tell my family and friends here in town to do so as well for our store and pharmacy needs. Because she has left a very bad taste in my mouth. And added to the stress that I was already feeling due to having a loved being under the weather.People go to the pharmacy because they are ill or have a loved one that is. The last thing that they need to have to deal with, is a unprofessional and dismissve pharmacist with a bad attitude. Maybe this isn't the right field of work for her. It most definitely is not the right locations.After seeing the other reviews here. I will be bringing the issue up at the next chamber of commerce meeting as one of the small business owners here in town. Walgreens please fix this problem.

This is the absolute worst walgreens, the employees are horrible and know nothing about customer service or maybe you have to be the right gender or race. I was in there the other day and I was in line waiting and the cashier was all sweet and kind to the man in front of me taking her time chatting with him trying to get his info right for the stupid walgreens reward. However it was taking a long time. He actually turned to me and apologized not the cashier the customer did. When I finally got to the register she said nothing to me didnt even look at me, wow!!!. Not the first incident I've had with this walgreens. A fre months back I went to get my prescription for and they me 3 hrs I went up there at about 3 and a half and it wasn't ready. They told me to sit down and they'd be right with me after an hr i went back up to ask, they were like did you get a text. Mean while helping everyone else coming in. I was pissed asked if it was ready and the pharmacist was like did we call you. I had to actually go get the store manager to actually get helped. I will drive out of my way to avoid this walgreens from now on. If there was a was to give negative stars I would.

I had always had my prescription filled here with no problem, but earlier this month, I was 3 days early, so I waited the 3 days. I called, and the pharmacist was quite rude. She swore that I had to get another script from my doctor. I tried to explain the situation, but she wasn't having it and just hung up. I went to the store and guess what just like I said, I had another refill. She didn't even care to apologize either.The 3 stars are for the lady who helped me with my issue and the older at the front register.

Multiple employees on their phones or fixing makeup and hair standing around watching while customers waiting to checkout. Thankfully the pharmacy tech was nice enough to check us out when the line just collectively moved from checkout to pharmacy pickup.

If I could give the Pharmacy zero stars I would have. Do not get prescriptions from this pharmacy. The never answer the phone and they are always short staffed. My prescriptions auto refill due to me being unable to miss a dose. They never have it ready and it always takes days on end to receive it. My prescription has been “in progress” for 3 days now.

Do not get prescriptions from this pharmacy. The never answer the phone and they are always short staffed. We took a prescription in and there was no one in the pharmacy but us. Instead of taking the 15min it would take to fill they told us it would be 3 hours. We took uber there so we had to wait there the whole time.

The wait is insane!!!!!! I'm waiting in line because I tried to call multiple times. Lesson learned. I'm moving all future prescriptions to ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The pharmacy’s customer service needs some serious reevaluation. I came to fill my pain medication prescription. The gentleman at the window told me it would be ready tomorrow. I asked did he have a timeframe and he chuckled and then replied, “No, you can just come up here.” Seeing as though I am in serious pain, I didn’t find the situation to be funny at all. I then asked, “Is there a general timeframe or estimate wait time?” He then says, “No… it’s like… I mean… I don’t know, do you just want to leave it?” …..needless to say I drove off. Very, very insensitive to pharmacy guests. Please be advised.

So under staffed. Have to wait 5 days before they can even get your prescriptions ready. When you show up to pick up your prescriptions, you have to wait well over an hour. Don’t suggest getting anything at this location as service is horrible and their corporate needs to bring help in or shut the location.

This is ridiculous I stayed I. The drive through line 30 mins and when I got to the windows she says hold again I still waited longer than 10 mins soon as I can I’ll be changing my pharmacy

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to! They didn’t use to be even 6 months ago. I don’t know if people quit or what happened but my husband was on hold for almost 2 hours before someone answered. And they take a whole day now to fill one prescription! I’m not sure what happened but I personally will no longer be using this as my pharmacy!! I’ll drive further away and deal with people who have brains on their shoulders and who don’t have attitudes about everything!
