Consistency would be key here.
Just make it all the same or get rid of the service.

If they could get no starts they would . Am sick got prescription. They send me a message that it’s ready when I go there. They didn’t fill all the prescription said they didn’t get it one. Went back there a week later get a new prescription they gave me the old prescription that they said they didn’t have it. Two weeks later get another prescription waited for it all day for the prescription. Get the text that they received the prescription , so I keep checking on it ,it’s not ready. It’s not ready at 5:45. I haven’t gotten a text or call that it’s ready as yet so I called the AI said it was ready rushed to get it. Everybody’s inside telling them that I’m in pain. I just need my medication you have to go to a different pharmacy because they’re close, no matter how much we pleaded them they wouldn’t give us the medicine, even though it was already ready t all we had to do was pay for it. Just no Walgreens you lost a customer.

I don’t know what’s been going on with this location. For the last year, the customer service in the pharmacy has been HORRIBLE, with simple prescriptions taking 3 days or more to be filled - not because they don’t have the meds, but because they don’t have enough help, and the help they do have isn’t efficient. Today, (6/15), I arrived at 8:21am and the store is not open (they’re supposed to open at 8:00am). Employees and customers are waiting outside. Unreal!

I was in line for 15minutes and by the time I got to the window they put up the sign saying no pharmacist on duty. I was not aware they closed at 6pm. But she seen that they there was a line and still closed. Unbelievable

Only giving 1 star because emphasizing 0 stars is not an option in order to post a review. The pharmacist's name tag said Lana on it. She was rude and unprofessional. She ignored me for more than 10 mins as I sat wanting to pick up the prescription for my child that was in pain from a surgery that he'd just had today. She continued to fiddle at her computer and with papers on the counter. And then had the audacity to acknowledge and service a new customer that walked up to the counter 7 to 8 mins after I was already waiting. She didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that she would be with me in a few minutes. Just silence and no eye contact or acknowledgement.Then when I mentioned that I was using the prescription rx due to no prescription insurance. She asked in a nasty tone. "So you want to use the discount app code to pay for this?!" As a resident of this area I will have to go elsewhere and tell my family and friends here in town to do so as well for our store and pharmacy needs. Because she has left a very bad taste in my mouth. And added to the stress that I was already feeling due to having a loved being under the weather.People go to the pharmacy because they are ill or have a loved one that is. The last thing that they need to have to deal with, is a unprofessional and dismissve pharmacist with a bad attitude. Maybe this isn't the right field of work for her. It most definitely is not the right locations.After seeing the other reviews here. I will be bringing the issue up at the next chamber of commerce meeting as one of the small business owners here in town. Walgreens please fix this problem.

This is the absolute worst walgreens, the employees are horrible and know nothing about customer service or maybe you have to be the right gender or race. I was in there the other day and I was in line waiting and the cashier was all sweet and kind to the man in front of me taking her time chatting with him trying to get his info right for the stupid walgreens reward. However it was taking a long time. He actually turned to me and apologized not the cashier the customer did. When I finally got to the register she said nothing to me didnt even look at me, wow!!!. Not the first incident I've had with this walgreens. A fre months back I went to get my prescription for and they me 3 hrs I went up there at about 3 and a half and it wasn't ready. They told me to sit down and they'd be right with me after an hr i went back up to ask, they were like did you get a text. Mean while helping everyone else coming in. I was pissed asked if it was ready and the pharmacist was like did we call you. I had to actually go get the store manager to actually get helped. I will drive out of my way to avoid this walgreens from now on. If there was a was to give negative stars I would.

I had always had my prescription filled here with no problem, but earlier this month, I was 3 days early, so I waited the 3 days. I called, and the pharmacist was quite rude. She swore that I had to get another script from my doctor. I tried to explain the situation, but she wasn't having it and just hung up. I went to the store and guess what just like I said, I had another refill. She didn't even care to apologize either.The 3 stars are for the lady who helped me with my issue and the older at the front register.

Multiple employees on their phones or fixing makeup and hair standing around watching while customers waiting to checkout. Thankfully the pharmacy tech was nice enough to check us out when the line just collectively moved from checkout to pharmacy pickup.
