We had gone to Arbor Pl., Mall for a date night at the movie, and as I was walking in, I took my glasses off to clean them and the stem on the right side came off. I was a little bit panicked because I knew I wouldn't be able to see the movie without my glasses, and I bought tickets online. We looked around for a place to help and saw Vision Works. From the moment we walked in, our man Julian, took care of us with excellence. I did not buy the glasses at Vision Works because I live out of town, but Julian went above and beyond to do everything he could to make sure my glasses got fixed. He is an incredibly sharp young man who hopes to be an optometrist one day and is well on the way to getting there! I could only believe that someone who took that much care with a broken pair of glasses not from his store would be excellent at fitting glasses. Too bad I don't live close. Ask for Julian when you go!

Associates had a great attitude, more than willing to help, no pressure to buy, clearly explained charges, gave plenty of options for lease enhancements with absolutely no pressure to buy. Even when my credit card declined, employee was nice enough to let me know in a courteous way. Absolutely perfect. If I could rate a 6 and above, I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.

The process of my exam didn’t take long. I’m glad I had help when I first walked in. The gentleman who helped me with my frame selection was able to get it where my insurance would cover it. Overall great experience and I can’t wait to get my order in.

Every aspect of my visit was perfect...scheduling was quick! Check in was seamless...pre-check was simple...Dr. Braxton was professional and very informative...Julian, the optician was very helpful and mild mannered...he picked out glasses for me based on my personal style, he analyzed my insurance and informed me of my options for eyeware and lens selections...he was VERY informative and extremely professional...based on my current experience, I will return and share this positive experience with others.

I have been getting my glasses at VisionWorks for many years now and have been absolutely satisfied. My son got a pair and was not quite happy with them. VisionWorks 100 day satisfaction guarantee is awesome. He went back and exchanged them hassle-free!

The store manager Arkina was patient, stayed until she got the answer during closing time, and remembered me when I came back to purchase my glasses a week later. She was always kind and the older white lady( I can't remember her name)in the front when you walk in for your appt. is so sweet.
