I went in the store today to look at baby clothes, the one on hwy 5 in douglasville and the manager was yelling at the little girl working there like she was a dog, made the girl Haley cry, the manager, whose name I think is Lucinda was so rude to her, How do I file a complaint on that manager?

Waited on the manager to come and help me so I could purchase 7 box springs and mattresses. Waited over an hour. Seemed as if she didn’t want to help. So I left and didn’t purchase anything. Horrible customer service.

I've shopped here since it opened. Employees used to speak and give welcome. You need to encourage your staff to speak. "Good morning or afternoon" would be lovely. "You have a great day!" Would be lovely. When I as a customer have to force and employee to give salutations, it makes me angry. I get it, they don't want to be there working. Well Guess what? Me as a customer don't want them there either. At least speak, say something, anything. Some customers shop here because they have to and there are people like me who don't have to but love to. Imagine how those customers that have to feel when no one even speaks. Shame on the young lady on cashier this morning at 12:30. Sour look in her face and apparently cannot speak. Value village sucks in customer service.

First time visiting this location.The store is what you would expect for a thrift shop, no problems with that, but I was dropping off donations for the first time and was a little confused of what to do because I had a few large boxes that wouldn't fit in the donation bins. When I asked an employee from the back of the store, she acted very annoyed and as if I was bothering her. This interaction made me not want to return and I will most likely donate my future items somewhere friendlier.

They didn't really have much for me but the employees were friendly and the store was pretty clean the store is stocked just nothing my size but I'll definitely be going back soon.

This is a Thrift store so what you see is what they have. Well kept, clean and organized. Clothes, furniture, toys and misc items to view. Some times you can find excellent quality items.

Just needed a few hoodies to finish off this school year. I got 5 for 20.00 and she picked them out. Being in a wheelchair she wears out hoodies before she out grows them. It was a tremendous Value. And the service was great, no waiting and so friendly.

Prices way to high for what they are selling. They jumped on the raise prices bandwagon like most corporations did while they could blame inflation, covid, lockdown, etc.

Couple years back when one of your employees by the name of Jahquel worked at this establishment, he rallied up a few customers and held a dance circle in the middle of the kids clothes section. He started the dance circle off by bussing it down in front of a family of 4, he than proceeded to do the worm from the kids clothes aisle down to the shoes section of the store. He did this while wearing this propeller hat resembling that of the one Pablo from The Backyardigans wore. After all that pandemonium, he stood up in a frenzy and proceeded to rap every line of D12’s hit single “My Band” featuring proclaimed to fame rapper Eminem AKA Slim Shady whom is also acquainted by the government name of Marshal Mathers word for word, bar for bar, while his co-employee Hector Salamanca played the instrumental on a Go Diego Go Kids Harmonica. I will say I left the establishment with quite a life changing experience, will definitely return.

Not the best thrift store, not the worst. You’ll probably be in and out fairly quickly. I rarely find anything worth buying, but it’s still a nice place to stop at.
