Delivered my package to the wrong house. 8 months prior, package never arrived at my home but was cleared by this post office as delivered. My credit card charged me $100 for an item I never received. I know you say why not dispute it? Why do I have to destroy my good standings with my bank when I had no control over this & someone else ( I think the carrier) stole my package. I’m not just accusing the carrier w/o proof but was told it wasn’t enough to investigate, the manager asked carrier & she denied any wrongdoing and that was that… I was told to just file a police report, there was nothing they could do. He showed no empathy & defended his carriers and acted like I was lying. I do get a lot of packages but so does everyone else now since the country does more online shopping. I would get a PO Box but I don’t live close to this post office and would hate to have to drive there constantly for my mail but to be honest a lot of online stores don’t deliver to PO Boxes. It’s just a shame that the Post Offices have been reduced to carriers who steal packages or deliver to the wrong address. I’ve had all of the above happen to me, this is why I’m leaving a one star review because of this exact thing just today 7/28/24.Also I must, must, must add that my carrier is so lazy, she nearly breaks my mailbox to force packages into it that are obviously too big bc they’re too lazy to walk them to the door to deliver them. Just PATHETIC!!!

Recently, I had to visit this location. Went there several times over two days and interacted with a very friendly and helpful Caucasian older man, a very helpful younger African descent woman who seems to be in her 30s, an older African descent woman (who I admire deeply for remaining calm and professional when a Caucasian customer was rude to her). Not only were all the staff that I interacted with professional and helpful but they also provided excellent customer service especially the younger woman and the Caucasian man...thank you guys soooo much...and I received my packages all the way across the country in a very short time...be bless

Please for the love of God get your act together! Sent out 2 packages on Wednesday, told they would be there Friday, it's Monday and no packages were delivered. I paid 36.00 for 2 day shipping, it's been 6 days and still no package. What is the problem? Have you forgot how to read? This is ridiculous and I'll be filing a formal complaint. It's not getting any better and I would gladly take your job! DO BETTER! Do your job!!

What is going on?? I get a list in my emails of what is supposed to be in my.mailbox and none of it is in there?? Every. Day is wrong!! Do Better, I'm filing a complaint on monday bc you can't get your act together! WHERE IS MY MAIL!!!

I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve never had a problem with the postal service & our post lady who delivers our mail is on time, friendly & does a great job making sure we get our mail & packages so this review is for any postal service from here to Cali. We received a card from California & the card was ripped opened & carelessly taped back as if we wouldn’t notice our card was opened by someone some where between the postal services all the way across the country. Well whoever chose to open our card that obviously seemed thick as if it had something inside for them to steal got what they deserved & that was nothing. But because this happened my family, friends & I all know we can not trust sending cards to each other if it contains money, gift cards or any info that can be used. Hope they enjoyed the beautiful card as much as we did!

I was in line and one lady today at 1:20 yelled out "i can take debit or money order" the gentlemen ask her do you take cash. She had an attitude and only responded repeating her phrase. So I went with him to the window with the lady and asked do tou take cash again. I was courteous and she had an attitude telling me that she should have to explain in so many words then told us IM CLOSED and started walking away giving him and me attitude when all we needed was a yes ot no answer so if no I would use my card to pay for him. She start shouting and still refuse to answer. All this infront of my child showing unprofessional attitude, arguing, and disregard for being a decent human being. Thank goodness the lady next to her window was able to help both of us and we were able to get a simple answer and do business. I guess this is why now I should not send anyone else to this location and I will go online from now on.

Doug is amazing! helped me save money, package up my holiday treats and made sure they would be there in just a few days! much better experience than the other Douglasville location!

The worst!!! Immediately got an attitude this morning from the older lady at the counter. I am filing a complaint with corporate. Worst customer service experience ever!!
